Polished, Smooth Collaboration Even in Low-Bandwidth Environments
What do you like best about the product?
Smooth interactions even in low-bandwidth situations. I also love all the little things, like being able to quickly focus on a collaborator's pointer. The app also has a nice polish to it - that's important for me because it sometimes is an additional incentive to go to the boards and do work. In other words, our team rarely fights with the UI to do the right thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be just me, but I actually hate trying to change line endpoints, getting a line to be the default, and keeping a default style/shape selecting during diagramming. In other words, I feel that I go back and forth on the side panel a lot when creating a diagram of what feels to me repeating patterns. But, it just may be that I need to level up my game.
Also, scaling is frequently a pain. What zoom level was this board made at? 10%? 1000%? It reminds me of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy when a rogue alien culture set out to destroy the Earth the first time. They planned forever, swarmed the planet, bent on destruction, only to realize that a dog was an immense organic lifeform that could swallow their fleet in its entirety (or something like that).

Real-time and async collaboration across a distributed team. We have improved our shared mental model, reduced cognitive load, and laughed together on dozens of projects. We get things done with quality baked in. Thank you, Miro team.
Collaborative Tool with Room for AI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro has templates ready for most use cases in any group work or project, which helps a lot. It's a good starting point or a skeleton for our projects. I've used the customer journey template in the past, and it really helped as a basis to work on projects where presenting the user journey was important. The ability to put ideas together on a virtual whiteboard and edit them collectively is great for collaboration, getting feedback, and iterating without wasting time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that Miro could improve by integrating AI to help generate skeletons or structures for projects more quickly. Right now, working off templates requires more manual editing and moving shapes around, which takes extra time. This is especially noticeable as projects shift towards using AI for foundational tasks. Miro could really benefit from incorporating these AI-driven features to speed up the initial stages of project work. Also, it's a bit taxing because some features in Miro and the manual effort involved in customizing templates can be a bit demanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps my team collaborate easily, sketching ideas on a virtual whiteboard and iterating quickly. Its templates provide a good starting point, allowing us to work efficiently on projects like customer journeys.
Visual Organization with Flexibility and Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly like the flexibility and visual interface of Miro, which make it easy to organize tasks, priorities, and ideas in one place. Miro allows me to visualize all tasks in a single space instead of having them scattered. I especially like the freedom Miro offers to create custom boards and set up task boards in the format that makes the most sense to me, without being stuck to a rigid structure. This is great for day-to-day planning and for visualizing medium and long-term tasks. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
For more detailed task management, such as deadlines, responsibilities, and automations, it is still necessary to complement Miro with other more specific tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visualize all tasks in a single space, organizing my workflow in a flexible and visual way. I like the freedom to create custom boards, which makes daily planning and long-term task visualization easier.
Flexible Tool for Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro for its flexibility, which helps with narrative design, task planning, sprint boards, flowcharts, and team brainstorming all in the same space. It organizes complex ideas visually without feeling overwhelmed. It's especially useful for multidisciplinary teams because everyone can quickly understand the big picture. Commands, boards, and templates make collaboration smooth, even when the team is fully remote. Miro lets me keep everything connected in a single visual space, allowing me to easily see dependencies and catch problems early. The initial setup was pretty easy for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's too expensive, just only that.

Effortless Collaboration, Needs More Features
What do you like best about the product?
I generally use Miro for collaborative workshops and working on trend and signal projects where I want to see everything clearly without it being buried in a document. It's great in a pinch when clients add remote attendees to a workshop. I like that Miro is easy to use and affordable. The initial setup of Miro was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more features that make remote collaboration in workshops a better experience - like the ability to connect to Spotify and play music during collaborative work.

Essential for Remote Collaboration and Planning
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's scope and the possibility of creating different things. As I work remotely, it helps me create collaborative boards that we would do in person, but now digitally and remotely. The initial setup of Miro was smooth, and with the updates and the Portuguese version, everything became clearer and more educational.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be a selection of the most classic templates in Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visually organize ideas, visualize processes, and categorize content, creating collaborative boards remotely.
Intuitive Whiteboard for Collaboration and Mind Mapping with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is its intuitive, flexible whiteboard that makes collaboration easy for my colleagues The real-time editing, templates, and integrations allow ideas to move quickly from brainstorming to structured outcomes without friction. My favorite teplate is Mind Map.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its harder to navigate on mobile phones. Pictures or text connected to my mind maps dont change position automaticly if I have auto layout for minf map itself. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-priced plans, which can limit usability for our small team from NGO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of fragmented collaboration by providing a single shared space for brainstorming, planning, visual thinking and mind mapping. We also use it like a notepad for recording key notes from meetings and discussions. It enables my colleagues to work together in real time regardless of location, which improves decision-making and reduces the need for meetings.

It's very easy to use! It is also very good for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?

Streamlines Collaborative Diagram Creation Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everyone can work on Miro at the same time in a collaborative way, and it's fairly user-friendly. These features ensure that they are not a barrier for immediate use and collaboration, even for team members who have not used it before, and the quick learning curve makes it highly functional across multiple use cases. The flow charts and organizational charts are most valuable as they are used in our procedural documents and other internal/external facing documents. The initial setup was very easy, almost no setup time required after switching from Visio.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be cool if Miro could integrate AI in order to create starting points for customers based off of prompts from the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves internal alignment and clarity challenges, allowing collaborative work and is user-friendly, with a quick learning curve, which makes it easily accessible for my team.
Fast Prototyping and Seamless Team Collaboration in Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how fast it is to prototype in Miro. All the tools are easy to access, the UI is great, and it works perfectly for team collaboration during online meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use it almost everyday so having lots of spaces and boards can get confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to keep my ideas organized and avoid chaos. It lets me put notes, sketches, and thoughts all in one place, makes my meetings faster by brainstorming and deciding in real time, and helps me collaborate remotely as if I’m in the same room with others. It also makes tricky concepts easier to explain with visuals, diagrams, and flows, and replaces scattered tools like whiteboards, sticky notes, and docs with a single board. For me, it’s all about less confusion, more clarity, and faster decisions.
