Versatile Tool for Visualizing Complex Ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its flexibility and the way it supports brainstorming, project planning, and creating mind maps. Another thing I really appreciate is being able to do everything without having to switch tools, making the process much more seamless and efficient. This flexibility, along with its comprehensive capabilities, makes it a great tool for building architecture diagrams and workflows. It also has a visual interface that makes explaining complex ideas much simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be just my habit of using other tools, but I feel the need to drag the canvas as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for building architecture diagrams and workflows. It provides a visual interface for explaining complex ideas. It's more comprehensive and flexible, allowing me to do everything without switching tools.
Powerful Collaboration Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its plethora of templates that help me quickly think about presenting my ideas better. The collaboration feature is fantastic because my entire team can work together on the platform. I appreciate the integrations with tools like Jira and SharePoint, which bring all the documentation into one place. The AI features, or 'sidekicks,' are quite beneficial. Miro is my go-to tool for creating large canvases, as I did for a six-month project, which allowed me to store all necessary information and share ideas with the team effortlessly. These aspects really stand out for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though we use a licensed version, I don't understand why prototyping is a cost. I really wanted to try prototyping in Miro, especially since my UX team uses Figma to show detailed interactions. When I try to create wireframes during my ideation phase, Miro feels more like a static flowchart rather than allowing interactive prototypes. Without prototyping, it's like just showing the canvas in full-screen mode. It would be more helpful if prototyping was included in the current license. I think the product team should be able to use Miro to share thoughts and ideas at a level where a wireframe can be shown, instead of relying on Figma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for user story discovery, writing down ideas, creating workflows and flowcharts, summarizing meetings, and conducting team retrospectives. It helps organize product discovery and ideas in one place.
Excellent for Collaborative Work

This tool is excellent for collaborative work, especially when tackling large projects that tend to grow over time. It allows you to continuously expand your plans, tasks, and schedules as the project evolves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't love the table feature. also would be good if you could import PowerPoint slides not just as a image
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralised location where me and my team can collaborate to work on projects together.
Having a really user friendly system which I can use for mind mapping and planning. Also really good for whiteboarding with clients - allows for more space for their input.

Efficient team collaboration with an intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for retrospectives. I like that we can finish meetings quickly by allowing simultaneous editing with the team. The visuals are excellent, and with an easy-to-use UI and well-prepared, easy-to-see objects, even people who are not familiar with systems, like those in sales, can interact with it intuitively. This helps reduce educational costs. Furthermore, setting up Miro is very simple, and it was ready in about 5 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the performance is sluggish, so it doesn't run well on low-spec PCs. When using Miro in a virtual environment, it can be slow, updates may lag, or it might crash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Miro, simultaneous editing with the team becomes possible, allowing you to conclude meetings quickly.
Intuitive and Flexible, Perfect for Remote Brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's intuitive UI. It's so user-friendly that even beginners can immediately understand how to use it. It makes it easy to do actions like putting items on the whiteboard, grouping them, or connecting items with lines. Also, setting up Miro was quite easy, taking just five to ten minutes to create my account, subscription, and invite my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating bullet items in Miro is actually hard to use. We don't know how to make indentation on the bullet points text. More generally, making some rich features of the text is kind of hard to use compared to visual features like creating items on the whiteboard and connecting them with lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the need for a flexible tool to facilitate unorganized exchanges of ideas in our remote environment.
Streamlined Design Collaboration with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro allows for the team to collaborate easily and receive updates instantly. The ability to add photos is a feature I enjoy. Its collaboration features enhance our team's work by allowing users to add their own comments, respond to others, and come up with actionable solutions. The initial setup of Miro was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to adjust images and make things look nice and organized. I also wish for automatic scaling of images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for tracking design issues on architectural projects. It allows my team to collaborate easily, receive updates instantly, and add comments to respond to others, helping us come up with actionable solutions.
Enhanced Visual Workflows, Easy for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to establish and document workflows for our team, and it solves the problem of documenting a flow clearly. I love the ease of use in Miro; the navigation panel and formatting tools allow newcomers to dive right in. I also love the sharing capabilities across team members. The navigation panel is clean and clear to understand, making it easy to access previously worked on boards or add a note to a current board. I also love how the keyboard shortcuts align with other top design software brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it is capable of so much but I never take the time to learn about features that may be new to me. I think I would be more inclined to watch a Tolstoy or short video about 'Miro Tip of the Day' explaining a feature and making it easy to learn something new without diving into a training session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to establish and document workflows, solving the problem of explaining flows clearly by creating a graphic language for our team.

Working together as a team in a single board
Effortless Workflow Setup and Team Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to set up workflows for my team, as well as to create action plans, flowcharts, and tables. I also find it useful that I can even keep track of my team's mood each day. I was surprised by how intuitive Miro is! Even if you’ve never used it before, it’s easy to set up and integrates seamlessly with other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to create flowcharts without so many clicks, and I would also like to have a way to track my team's time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
