Miro: A Vital Tool for Workshops and Ideation
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for six years primarily for ideating and running workshops with internal clients, as well as utilizing the templates for organizing and piecing together our thoughts. Miro stands out for me because I've only ever used it, and setting it up was not difficult at all. The how-to guides are extremely helpful, especially the pop-up tips that inform me where different tools are located, which helps me complete tasks faster. In workshops, Miro saves me a lot of time because it allows everyone to jot down notes on Post-it notes and then add them to a board afterwards, eliminating the need to upload them to a computer separately. The AI doc generation feature is incredibly handy; it aggregates all my workshop notes into a single document, making it easy to share with the team. I find Miro's ease of use remarkable, and it is versatile enough for both work and personal tasks. Personally, I found it very useful for creative tasks like planning a wedding seating arrangement, where I could move labels around easily and add notes with different fonts. I wholeheartedly rate it a ten out of ten in terms of recommending it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Miro currently lacks a mobile app. This limitation hinders my ability to use the platform more flexibly, as I could benefit from having access to my boards and tools on a mobile device when I'm away from my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to streamline ideation and workshop processes, saving me time by directly capturing and organizing ideas. It facilitates collaborative note-taking and creates comprehensive documents, which enhance team sharing and efficiency.

Miro: A Visualization and Integration Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly valuable due to its superior add-ons and features, surpassing other tools like ClickUp which I previously used. Miro allows for seamless integration with essential tools such as Jira, enabling me to visually demonstrate and incorporate various tools into workflows, which is a standout feature. The platform's capability to incorporate documents directly into visual workflows is particularly beneficial, allowing me to create detailed operations overviews followed by in-depth documentation. This is enhanced by Miro's ability to display workflows on mind maps, which paired with the presentation features, facilitates an excellent method to instruct my team effectively. Additionally, setting up Miro was straightforward; logging in with Google and accessing a blank workspace made it easy to dive into using its tools. This ease of use is complemented by the ability to add and organize documents through short descriptions within boxes, which then form parts of a larger, comprehensive document. The visual interplay of these features in Miro contributes significantly to optimizing my consulting services and training teams in the most efficient manner possible. Finally, I highly recommend Miro to others, already endorsing it due to its excellent features and utility, indicating my substantial satisfaction with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Miro to have better text-to-speech capabilities. Being able to talk out loud and convert that into a wireframe or a mind map would significantly improve the experience. Additionally, more integrations with modern workflows would be beneficial, especially to demonstrate impacts in areas like sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visually demonstrate workflows and tool usage, incorporating various tools like Jira and documents. It enhances training by allowing me to show processes on mind maps and presentations, improving team understanding and workflow visualization.
