A Great Tool for Creative Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Miro is how easy it makes collaborating with others, even when we’re all working remotely. It feels like having a big virtual whiteboard where everyone can share ideas at the same time. I love using the sticky notes and templates, they make brainstorming sessions so much more fun and productive. It’s also great that everything stays in one place, so I can always go back and see how our ideas have evolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don’t love about Miro is that it can get a bit slow or cluttered when a board gets too big. Sometimes I spend extra time trying to find where something is on the board, especially when a lot of people are adding content at once. It can also be a little pricey for smaller projects, which makes it hard to justify using all the premium features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easy to brainstorm and collaborate with my team, even when we’re working remotely. It helps organize ideas visually so everyone stays aligned, and it’s made our meetings and planning sessions much more productive.
Effortless Navigation and Collaboration Make It a Standout
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how simple it is to navigate, and the sticky notes feature has become my favorite part. Support is easy to access and I use it for a spectrum of use cases from personal branding to interviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a bit easier to collaborate with people outside the organization, as sharing can sometimes be a little challenging. I understand that there is a share option, but sometimes it is a bit slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easy for my team to think together, no matter where we are. It’s our go-to tool for brainstorming and mapping out ideas. I also use it for diagramming workflows and playbooks to present to other teams internally. It keeps everyone aligned and saves hours every week.
Turning Complex Workflows into Clear Visuals
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how easy it makes it to visualize complex ideas and turn them into clear, connected workflows. I can quickly map out pipelines, automation systems, or creative projects on an infinite canvas and see everything at a glance. It’s fast, flexible, and great for turning big technical plans into something visual and actionable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find lacking in Miro is the absence of an MCP server or an open-source integration layer. This limitation restricts the depth of integration possible with custom automation or AI-driven workflows. I would really appreciate a more developer-friendly and open integration model to enhance its flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps me organize complex, multi-layered projects visually from DevOps pipelines to automation systems and creative production workflows. Before using it, keeping track of dependencies and workflows across different tools was messy and disconnected.
Effortless Idea Visualization—Miro Makes Strategy Mapping Easy
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about Miro is the ability to quickly visualize ideas, processes, plans and contingencies while mapping and defining strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little to dislike about Miro. If there is something I dislike about Miro, I haven't found it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us design and build business processes, customer journeys, and sequencing planning operations in a visual way that allow all stakeholders to view, follow, edit and adapt in quick and transparent ways across function.
Easy to use yet extremely powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is extremely easy to use. It has great integation with various tools, including Google Images, making pulling images from the internet as easy as a couple clicks. We use Miro to keep track of our engineering projects, and we go over our diagrams every morning during our daily standups.

Nothing, I am quite satisfied with the product.

Intuitive Collaboration Tool, highly recommended for Agile teams and Product mgmt. group
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and powerful whiteboarding tool that encourages team collaboration and discussion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I'm clicking on a frame or items within the frame, it kicks me out of the board and I need to again click on the boards from my home page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As my teams are working remotely, the tool encourages strong participation and help organized the discussion and decisions in one place.
Miro Supercharges Team Collaboration, But Large Boards Can Be Bandwidth-Heavy
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has it all--templates, layouts, and blueprints for anything you can think of. And best of all? An endless canvas to brainstorm, workshop, and organize the work your teams are doing. The AI functionality to produce Documents, Prototypes, and more all from the inputs on the board means that work which normally takes days to produce can be done in minutes! It seamlessly integrates with Asana, ensuring my project teams have the most updated information. It is an easy-to-adopt tool for the whole organization due to its easy of use. A fantastic tool for any team, I highly recommend Miro to everyone working with a large or small team, or by yourself!
What do you dislike about the product?
Large boards can take a lot of bandwidth, making screensharing a potential hurdle to running collaborative meetings. Given the number of templates and customization options, it can take a while to learn and get comfortable with all of the features it offers; like any tool, it takes time to master it and familiarize yourself with the full suite of capabilities. There are fewer features on Mobile which makes on the go updates difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring there is one Space to capture all of the collaboration between teams and on large projects is the key benefit of using Miro at NMDP. Creating alignment across teams that otherwise work in a silo has allowed our annual planning to align across teams instead of being at odds with one another, causing constraints on resources available to deliver projects.
Miro helped us untangle a complex email marketing workflow with ease
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how easy it makes visualizing complex workflows. I used it to map out a detailed email marketing process for a company with a huge, layered setup, multiple campaigns, automations, and audience segments. The drag-and-drop interface, collaboration tools, and templates made it super simple to bring structure and clarity to something that used to feel chaotic. It’s like having a bird’s-eye view of your entire marketing ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, large boards with lots of elements or collaborators can feel a bit slow to load or navigate. It’s not a major issue, but when managing detailed workflows, smoother performance and faster loading times would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Miro, our email marketing process was scattered across multiple spreadsheets and documents. Using Miro, we mapped the entire workflow, from strategy and content planning to automation triggers and testing. It improved visibility across departments, reduced communication gaps, and sped up decision-making by at least 30%. It’s now the central hub for all our campaign planning and collaboration.
Comprehensive Free Tools and Flexible Organization, But Needs More Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the app because, comparing to others, the avaible tools are helpful and more complete even in free mode.
I use to do the workflow in my process (in this business email) but I also use to study in university, I really like the way it organizes the information boxes, but it also leaves you free to do it your own way.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an automated system for locating the information boxes, even if it were an enableable one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Miro" makes it easy for me to organize my thoughts and the processes used in the company. This benefits me by making my routine easier to manage.
Seamless Collaboration and Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how super easy it is to set up Miro, which saves time and effort right from the beginning. I love how we can share ideas seamlessly on the same board, making collaboration incredibly efficient. Checking different task items among team members has never been more straightforward, enhancing our workflow and team coordination. The sticky notes feature is particularly handy, allowing us to quickly capture and manage ideas. I also enjoy having documents integrated within Miro, providing a centralized location for our important files. The live question and answering capability on the platform promotes real-time communication and feedback, making it easier for us to share the mural board and gain synchronous feedback effectively. These features combined make Miro a powerful tool for our planning and database tasks, as well as a preferred choice across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some parts of the UI/UX, I feel there is room for improvement, although I can't pinpoint exactly what could be changed at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro enables idea sharing on a single board and task item tracking, enhancing our team collaboration and planning efficiency.
