Revolutionized Real-Time Collaboration for Design Teams

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Miro is its real-time collaboration capabilities, which allow teams to work together from anywhere in the world. Using Miro to communicate design ideas has truly transformed the speed and clarity of collaboration among cross-functional teams. My absolute favorite feature is the ability to copy and paste CAD files directly from Illustrator into Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find less appealing about Miro is that it doesn't cater specifically to my niche within the industry. If Miro could introduce more tools tailored to design workflows in the fashion and apparel sector—such as support for vector graphics, or advanced raster features like editable layers and transparency, similar to what you can achieve in Adobe XD—it would truly be outstanding. Integrating meetings/ calls would also be divine. I would love to schedule a meeting via Gmail or Outlook with a link to the Miro board where we can discuss and collaborate just like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross functional visual communication and complex data presentation.

Decent Collaboration Tool, Needs Better Sharing Options

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for collaborative meetings because it allows multiple people to edit the same project. It's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the sharing of the boards. I wish it connected with Outlook groups and lists to make it easier to share with teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows multiple people to edit the same project, making it easy to use for collaborative meetings.

Versatile Tool with Room for Improvement

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the room to spread out information and the ability to include various information formats in Miro. The AI tool is incredibly useful for extracting summaries from larger documents. It saves me a lot of time when I'm looking at patents or interview transcripts, helping me to quickly pull out a general summary or focus on specific topics. Setting up Miro was simple since I've been using it for a while. I was using Miro at my last job and liked it so much that I brought it with me to my current job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tables and spreadsheets are pretty limited. I often end up with tables with large cells and very small text. I have to spend time formatting them before they are legible. Often complex tables have to be done in Excel and not in Miro because there is just not enough functionality in Miro for even basic stuff. Sometimes I am pasting in information from emails or from an interview transcript and my content gets clipped because I hit the word limit for the document. I end up having to put it into a Word doc and then paste in the Word doc. I think there is room to improve handling some of these larger docs that can be used as source material to pull out user needs, problems to solve, solution ideas and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize various information formats and navigate between sections easily. It lets me spread out information and the AI tool helps extract summaries from documents, saving me time.

What do you dislike about the product?

Excellent for Collaboration and Quick Design Sketches

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration aspect and quick sketching ability. I love using it to plan out presentations and design. It is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my main frustrations is that occasionally, when I try to scroll or pan, the controls get stuck. For example, if I use the mouse wheel to zoom in, the view sometimes shifts left or right instead, which can be quite annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a collaboration problem. Using Miro makes it very easy for my team to collaborate on design and presentation flow. I have even used it in presentations where clients can add comments live and they really liked being able to look around at their own speed.

Centralize Information in a Practical and Efficient Way

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The way to centralize various pieces of information on the same board, in addition to the possibility of working simultaneously with several people, making decision-making easier when we share brainstorming with other teams. The interface is extremely user-friendly, making it very easy to explain to people who are using it for the first time, so we have no problems sharing tasks with third parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that hinders me a bit is the lack of diagram shapes in the starter plan, especially for creating BPMN flowcharts - but I believe this is more related to my company than to Miro itself, as an upgrade would already solve this problem. But it would be nice to have a greater variety of shapes available for initial plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I, personally, like to have a visual management of the tasks and processes/projects I am working on. For this, I work a lot with mind maps, journey drawings, "as-is" and "to-be" diagrams, process flowcharts, and the like to document everything I have done and will do, as well as to facilitate presentations to stakeholders about internal process changes and project and planning presentations for clients.

What I like most about Miro is the simplicity in its operation and that it can be used in the browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing policy could be improved, because it is quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem that we sometimes cannot imagine things and helps us present our ideas to both colleagues and external customers.

Facilitate Meetings with Templates and AI

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Miro, which reduces the time I need to plan meetings. It helps me simplify the creation of boards and the AI functionalities increase my productivity. I also enjoy the templates shared by people, as they make it easier to incorporate ideas from others. Additionally, it was very easy to set up Miro at the beginning, and I appreciate that Miro has more tools and allows for configuring a greater variety of things compared to Microsoft Whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they can still add more AI features. Well, the AI is still in BETA, but it would be nice to be able to use it with voice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro simplifies the creation of boards, adds AI functionalities that boost my productivity, and reduces planning time with shared templates.

Intuitive Tool, Facilitates Team Collaboration

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's ability to aggregate a lot of information and display it in an easy and intuitive way. Collaboration with team colleagues is quite effective. With Miro, we can record the steps thought out and executed by the work team and organize them better to be evaluated and applied in future projects. Collaborative organization also helps in the distribution of tasks. The user experience was pleasant for me and other team members, with good team integration from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the permissions could be different and a bit more specific, so that members could have different editing capabilities on the board according to the type of permission granted by the administrator. It would be good to be able to grant a new member the ability to edit only in a space defined by an administrator, for example, so that their specific collaboration would be limited to that in the editing part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to better organize and visualize projects with infinite boards, creating flowcharts. It facilitates the aggregation of information and effective collaboration with the team, helping in the organization and distribution of tasks.
