What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Miro is not at all complicated to use. I especially value the notes, as they help to keep things organized in the best possible way, which is very useful for school activities like organizing information, rating websites, and making recommendations. Additionally, I found that the initial setup was very easy, which allowed me to start using the software without complications. Finally, I give Miro a 10 in terms of recommendation, as I find it to be a highly recommendable tool for friends or colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Miro are the little arrows that sometimes appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize notes and evaluate websites at school, solving the difficulty of having creative freedom. It's easy to use, and I like that it helps me keep things organized in the best way.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the filing structure of Miro not particularly intuitive, especially when using it extensively. It becomes challenging to organize and retrieve documents. Additionally, the search functionality on boards is lacking. It should be capable of locating items based on specific keywords without being hidden behind a paywall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for collaborative teamwork, achieving clear process visualization, and transitioning product ideation to specification effortlessly. It helps bring together meaningful content for discovery workshops, enabling effective collaboration before and after workshops.

Setting up Miro was incredibly straightforward due to its compatibility with our Google office environment, simplifying login with SSO. I find the spreadsheet integration with Miro unsatisfactory. Currently, I paste tables into Miro, but the data isn't visually represented in a way that utilizes the platform's strengths. I wish Miro could interpret spreadsheet data and convert it into more intuitive, visually engaging elements like post-its. Moreover, the playback function could be enhanced. I often present frames from a board, and it would be beneficial if Miro could record these presentations and store them within the board, offering a 'walkthrough' feature. Currently, I have to record presentations using other tools like Google and then upload the video back to Miro, which is cumbersome.

I wish there were more freehand arrows available, not just using the sketch pencil. Additionally, I think the size of post-it notes could be improved by offering small, medium, and large sizes.
