Exceptionally Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use and it doesn’t requiere training
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like the AI that they have, it is not helpful for creating professional charts or workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The standardization of the processes in the company
Transformative Tool for Creative Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's integration with draw.io and Atlassian's JIRA, which helps in reducing double work. The creation of mindmaps and PLANTUML sequence diagrams is quite useful. I also appreciate having separate workspaces for different initiatives, and the way Miro enables online collaboration across remote locations. It effectively replaces MS PowerPoint in many presentation scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the functionality to use bullet points in the text field of shapes. There's quite a bit of manual effort needed for creating Gantt diagrams of JIRA tickets. It would be great if this was supported better. Setting up the scale for timeline diagrams or roadmaps could be improved. Import and export of spreadsheet content should be supported better. User management with given license limits causes some effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps with online collaboration across remote locations, replaces PowerPoint in presentations, and reduces double work with JIRA integration.
Great for Collaboration, But Performance and Offline Use Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro excels at real-time visual collaboration. It’s intuitive, flexible, and fast, making it easy to brainstorm, structure ideas, and collaborate with distributed teams. The infinite canvas, templates, and smooth multi-user experience make complex discussions and system designs much clearer than traditional documents or slides.
What do you dislike about the product?
On very large boards, performance can degrade, especially with many elements or users. Some advanced features feel locked behind higher pricing tiers, and version control or change tracking on complex boards could be more robust. Offline usage is also very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of fragmented collaboration by giving teams a shared visual space. It helps align stakeholders faster, improves clarity in complex discussions, and reduces the back-and-forth of meetings by making ideas visible and interactive in real time.
Effortless Collaboration and Seamless UI
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get feedback with Miro. The user interface for making diagrams is very intuitive, simplifying the process of drawing flowcharts and keeping track of various flows. I find the ability to see where everyone else is on the board incredibly helpful for collaboration. It's super easy to use and well-integrated within the company, making it great for getting other people's thoughts on projects. The initial setup was super easy, and once access was granted, everything was smooth sailing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for drawing flowcharts and getting feedback, which is super simple. The UI makes diagramming easy, and seeing others on the board enhances collaboration.

Perfect for visualizing complex information in a clear and understandable way
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great for encouraging idea generation, as it allows thoughts and discussions to flow freely without feeling constrained. The wide variety of built-in shapes, objects, and visual elements is very convenient and helps teams get started quickly. Initial setup is also straightforward, which lowers the barrier to entry. Overall, it is a highly recommended tool for creative and collaborative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve when using Miro for the first time, and I think personal preference plays a role. It may not be the best fit for people who prefer very structured, rigid workflows. I also feel that the tool can be somewhat heavy at times, especially on larger boards. That said, for flexible and visual collaboration, it still offers strong value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro very useful for reducing information asymmetry and creating a shared, easy-to-understand view across teams. It helps visualize complex factory layouts and operational processes in a clear way. By making workflows visible and shareable, Miro enables different stakeholders to align quickly, even when dealing with complicated operations or cross-functional discussions.
Transforms Ideas into Clear, Actionable Steps
What do you like best about the product?
Let’s me put my jumbled brain into clear steps
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish tha AI was more intuitive. Currently I use chat gpt to provide prompts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow visualisation
Intuitive and Fast for Diagramming and Collaborating
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy integration of Miro with images and the speed with which I can move and modify the shape of objects. I also appreciate being able to copy things from the clipboard and send them directly to the board, as well as using artificial intelligence to quickly remove image backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps when exporting the solutions, the resolution could be a bit more user-friendly, especially for the basic plans. Although the basic plan already includes an acceptable resolution, in the end, one ends up needing a bit more when working with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me solve problems when making presentations and showing software architectures, flowcharts, and detailing projects visually. It facilitates sharing maps and dashboards in real-time with my team, accelerating our collaboration.
Brainstorming and planning sessions can be super enhanced
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Miro is that it can easily transform ideas to board images. I apply it in my daily brainstorming and planning of projects. Its ability to integrate with Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace ensures that tasks and notes are related across teams. The execution was quick, and the amount of applications such as sticky notes, templates, and voting tools allows making the process of collaboration more structured and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem with it is that extremely large boards might be slow and difficult to manipulate. When using the device by several different users simultaneously, navigation can get a little bit hectic. Board exporting into other formats is not always easy, and adds additional steps. Such problems sometimes bring down the workshops or planning sessions particularly when there is limited time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro works out the issue of dispersed thoughts and disorderly cooperation. My team used emails and documents before its use, thus resulting in miscommunication. Ideas have become visual, available and easy to follow. This has enhanced support by making it more interactive, quicker to plan and enabling remote and in office staff to work more effectively.
Miro Templates Help with Process Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
Miro templates and the ability to resize frames for organising contents help to brainstorm and workshop with stakeholders and customers. I like the ability to add different types of content from links, pictures to tables and templates.
It's easy for people to start using Miro.
It's easy for people to start using Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Magnification of frames can be problematic when adding other content like images and templates, unless you set up the frames to be 100% from the start. Also it can be hard to see what the changes are when you're sharing a board with the team or stakeholders. The frequent notifications of changes can also be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to process map with stakeholders who may not be used to processes - easy to start with a mind map as a starting block. I also use it to show matrices of information as summaries and to get feedback from team members and stakeholders.
