Effortless Navigation and Seamless Draw.IO Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and navigate. Really like the ability to embed Draw.IO
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation is hard to grasp initially and seems to be hidden in some cases depending on what is selected in the session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping things quickly for cloud development
Great Visual Tracking, But Formatting and Assignment Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
The visual representation of tracking project progress and owners. It is great to see who is working on what and what team capacity might be in the coming weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting doesn't change when you move an item from one column to another if that column has doff formatting. For example, to-do columns that track status have diff colors, but moving an item from "To-do" to "In Progress" doesn't change the formatting.
It doesn't allow adding an assignee unless that person is also a user. I use it to track my team's capacity, but they don't log into Miro, so I'd like to be able to assign without them being an actual active user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visually representing team capacity and timelines.
Infinite Canvas and Effortless Collaboration Make Miro Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
Infinite canvas, ability to drop anything into Miro (like video, photos, etc.). Easy to collaborate with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not in Figma's ecosystem. I prefer to sketch things and connect them in Figma. Sometimes I share a prototype during a workshop or meeting and would find it helpful for folks to be able to leave feedback on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps the team collaborate more efficiently. Easy to use for folks unfamiliar with digital whiteboarding.
Miro: Practicality and Valuable Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the practicality, ease, and interaction that Miro offers. Additionally, I appreciate the integrations it has with other tools like Jira, which makes things much easier. The initial setup was very practical, especially with all the support from Miro's account managers and resources like the 'Miro university', which help us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The last experience with integrating Miro with the tool we use to design our processes was disappointing because we couldn't integrate to bring all our flows, so I had to redesign everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create flowcharts and systems, making meetings more dynamic. It facilitates presentations for executives, especially in system mappings.
Transform Remote Collaboration and Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Miro because the size of the board is practically unlimited, which allows me to work without space restrictions while defining processes, product flows, or during brainstorming sessions. Additionally, its integrations with tools like Jira, Google Drive, and Slack are very useful. These integrations facilitate workflow between teams, especially in the technology area, by connecting the visual team with daily execution. I also highly value that proficiency in Miro is a professionally appreciated skill, especially in the field of project managers and product managers, as its use is becoming more common and relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that Miro could significantly improve its learning curve, especially for non-technical users or people who have never used this type of tool. It would also be beneficial to have a better offering of courses and materials in Spanish adapted by region. The price can be a challenge for companies with large teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me solve communication and alignment problems, allows for the visualization of complex information, and avoids misunderstandings in remote teams. It speeds up decision-making and, with its unlimited board and integrations with Jira, Google Drive, and Slack, improves collaboration and centralizes work.
Intuitive Interface with Powerful Visualization Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro has a lot of easy-to-use options for visualizations that make complex processes easy to understand. The interface is pretty intuitive and easy to use, and I like that you can change elements easily. I appreciate that you can grab and scale multiple items at once and convert elements at any time. Overall, the initial setup of Miro was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
When collaborating there could be a better way to keep information uniform, so when multiple people are brainstorming text it would be the same format and easy to clean up into a list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for visualizing complex processes, making them easy to understand with its intuitive interface. I like that I can scale multiple items simultaneously and convert elements easily.
Intuitive and Easy to Use, Minor Excel Integration Issue
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be very intuitive, which makes it easy for me to use for creating flowcharts. I also appreciate the themes that are available, allowing me to select specific ones as I need. The initial setup was very easy for me, and overall, the ease of use and intuitive design are why I rate it highly and would recommend it to others. It's great for jotting down and organizing my ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copy pasting a table from Excel to Miro does not work that well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for flowcharts. It's very intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to jot down and organize ideas.
Empowers Remote Collaboration with Seamless Planning
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to plan my marketing campaigns and collaborate with other marketing professionals. I really like how Miro brings what I see in my head to life. Since I work from home and don't have a physical whiteboard, Miro is the closest thing to it. The diagrams are especially useful because I can go to them for inspiration when organizing information out of my head. It also keeps all information in one secure place where everyone can see the same information rather than dealing with several confusing documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I click on certain parts of the board and it selects things that I'm not trying to select, or vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to plan marketing campaigns and collaborate with colleagues. It helps keep all information secure in one place, preventing confusion. It visually organizes my ideas, filling the gap of not having a physical whiteboard for inspiration.
Instant Collaboration Made Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
That is really easy to start using this with blank pages or templates. I can simply start new board and start collaborating instantly. It's really easy to start.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes I dont know where to find some features and sometimes I dont know how to change some connecting linkes between sticky notes/objects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro saves my issue with finding a place I can easilly drop screenshots/pictures and mix it with the text - in the Word/Docs it would not be so easy to use both pictures and texts. It's also a great place I can drop some projects where my managers can give me feedback.
Effective for Visual Collaboration, But Needs UI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like the freedom for formats in Miro, which easily allows me to have everything in one place, whether it's a document, slide, screenshot, or image. I appreciate the ability to create documents inside Miro, enabling me to draft work-in-progress documents or create reports and analysis processes seamlessly. The link generation feature is really handy as it lets me send specific parts of my board to peers or stakeholders, directing them to the exact sections of interest. I also found the initial setup easy, especially since I've used it before, and signing in with Google was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like better Figma for the cursor experience, I feel architecture wise Miro is more cumbersome and not that intuitive as Figma. The left bar is not really well ordered and it's more like learning where things are rather than easily discovering them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize my week, manage project processes, and create workshops. It solves remote collaboration issues by unifying work in one place and providing visual clarity without multiple WIP documents.
