Flexible Topic Structuring Makes Presentations Effortless

  • November 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is being able to define the structure and grouping of the topics I present on the board. This way, I can maintain a smooth explanation with full context, rather than being limited by a slide’s fixed layout, which often doesn’t allow me to present a range of ideas within it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don’t notice the resolution at which my input is placed, and only later realize it’s much lower or higher than 100%.
In addition, table management in Miro isn’t dynamic enough — it doesn’t allow for interesting layouts or meaningful content highlighting.

Elements like arrows also don’t behave well when they don’t have an anchor point. For example, if I want to point to something inside an image, the arrow won’t stay straight and tends to jump around.
The alignment tools are also lacking. If I want to measure or align elements with specific spacing, it’s not precise or flexible enough.

A Great Tool for Early-Stage Prototyping & Idea Visualization

  • November 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
With Miro, I enjoy how easy it is to create user flows and visualize early-stage prototypes. The drag and drop interface feels very intuitive, and the wide range of icons and components lets me quickly map out screens, actions, and decision points. It speeds up the prototyping process, especially when planning out multiple flows on the same board. It keeps the flow organized, and makes it easy to understand. I appreciate the AI prototyping feature. It helps turn my ideas into rough visual layouts very quickly. It gives a good starting point that I can refine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be tricky to get the AI to generate exactly what I need when prototyping complex user flows or interactions. It would be helpful if Miro could better refine suggestions based on what I'm already working on, so the AI output matches my intentions more closely. The results are still useful, but this would make building detailed prototypes faster and more precise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to plan user flows, map out ideas and create early prototypes for product design projects. It helps me visualize my thinking and quickly iterate on concepts without switching tools. It helps me structure my ideas clearly on one board, explore different flow options, and practice prototyping as part of my Product Management training.

I love using Miro for its excellent capability to help me structure my team effectively, particularly through creating detailed skill trees for project planning. I appreciate how Miro allows me to stop relying on physical paper copies, especially useful during meetings where changes are frequent, thus offering an efficient digital alternative. The platform's ability to permit working on different sections of my board and sharing it seamlessly with others stands out as a feature I find immensely valuable. This collaborative and flexible environment enables productive teamwork and fosters easy communication. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro is very straightforward, essentially plug-and-play, which significantly eases the onboarding process. I am so satisfied with Miro that I rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others, and I have already recommended it to peers.

A Creative's Dream Tool: Easy and Efficient

  • November 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the simplicity and ease of use that Miro offers. The learning curve is incredibly manageable, allowing anyone to become proficient in using the platform within just ten minutes, minimizing lost time in trying to understand the software. This ease of adoption is crucial, especially for onboarding new team members or collaborators without prior experience. Additionally, Miro's ability to gather all necessary references, such as links, videos, and photographs, in one accessible space is invaluable for project organization and direction. It helps in guiding team members efficiently and setting the right project mood. The ability to make quick changes based on feedback and maintain seamless communication between different levels of hierarchy within the company is another feature I highly value. The simple tools like sketch, pen, shapes, lines, and especially the sticky notes allow me to annotate and comment efficiently. Being able to tag superiors or coworkers for updates and changes fosters collaboration and keeps the team aligned with ongoing progress. Overall, Miro significantly enhances productivity by eliminating the need for time-consuming meetings and streamlining the workflow with effective tools, all while maintaining simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I specifically don't like that when I get tagged in Miro, I have to be on the board itself to catch up. Even though I receive emails notifying me of changes, these emails simply state that the board was edited or updated without providing a concise summary. I wish Miro emails would include a brief summary of changes to provide a quick overview. This would help me decide if I really need to visit the board. Additionally, the loading times can be jarring, especially when working with large boards, which can disrupt my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to gather project resources, organize mood boards, and facilitate seamless communication across hierarchy, making changes and idea shaping easy, thus saving time on meetings.

Intuitive Idea Organization with Miro, But Needs Better Board Navigation

  • November 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro primarily for brainstorming, creating timelines, and planning my day, both solo and collaboratively with my team. I find Miro particularly useful as it offers an easy way to organize and consolidate my ideas as well as gather input from my team. I love the sticky note design as it mimics writing down ideas on paper, which resonates with me as a visually-oriented person. The feature of adding pictures and GIFs to my boards is invaluable since I often include visual inspirations and motivations such as images of Lee Know from Stray Kids. Additionally, setting up Miro was super easy, which I really appreciate, and I am so satisfied with Miro that I rate it a 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to friends and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Miro board too large and wide, which creates issues when I place everything on a single board. It becomes difficult to locate items easily because there is so much content to navigate through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to streamline brainstorming, organizing my thoughts visually, and collaboratively compiling team ideas effortlessly.
