Great for cross-functional alignment and workshopsOutstanding Real-Time Collaboration

  • December 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time collaboration is excellent. It’s easy to align stakeholders in one workspace, capture ideas quickly, and turn them into structured plans with templates and sticky notes
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be a challenge as the team scales, and some advanced features are gated behind higher tiers. Permission management is good but can feel complex at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of scattered collaboration across docs, chats, and meetings. It centralizes brainstorming and planning, improves alignment, and shortens time-to-decision for cross-functional work.

  • December 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to design the logic flow diagram for our program. It makes communication easier and I find it easy to generate the diagram. The initial setup was quite easy for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-generated layout is not perfect and still needs manual adjustments for the lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to design logic flow diagrams for our program. It makes communication easier and is easy to generate diagrams.

Effortless Collaboration with Intuitive Setup

  • December 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro helps me quickly create a visual structure of connected people or processes. The ease of use stands out to me, as I could figure it out without much prior knowledge of the platform just by using common software tools. I appreciate the real-time group collaboration aspect where working in a virtual space with coworkers allows everyone to contribute in real time, rather than having just one person execute as the group dictates. The initial setup was a breeze, and I was able to get others onboard quickly too, utilizing the tools and contributing. My colleagues are so happy I found Miro and brought them into my workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be me, but it seems like I have to reselect the tool I want to use over and over versus the tool remaining selected. For example drawing a line from box to box multiple times, I have to go and select the line tool for each instance instead of the tool remaining in effect. If the tool remained selected I could just quickly connect boxes instead of having to keep going back to the tool bar and selecting it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I quickly create a visual structure of connected people or processes. Miro's ease of use and real-time collaboration enable my team to work together effectively without relying on one person to execute group ideas.

Streamlined Planning & Customization with Miro

  • December 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for work planning and concepting, and I find it easier to demonstrate to my team what I'm planning because everything is 'in one place.' I personally love the community plugins for custom board designs and drafts. Thanks to these plugins, I can link work tasks to Jira and Slack, which is very helpful for organizing and grouping tasks. The initial setup was very easy due to the useful UI. I also think it's cool to see in real time how my team works and what they are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Response time and the ability to save the board offline. Offline save is critical for some team members because of the electricity situation in Ukraine. It's cool to see in real-time how my team works and what they are doing, but sometimes it's laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Miro, it's easier to show my team plans in one place. I love the community plugins that help organize tasks by linking work to Jira and Slack.

Superior Visual Collaboration, Needs Performance Tweaks

  • December 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its strong focus on visual collaboration and ease of use. Its superior visual collaboration, ease of use, and intuitive interface are standout features. It helps by turning raw brainstorming into actionable, structured plans, making it an essential hub for agile workflows, strategic planning, and product development. I also found the initial setup to be cool and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Miro's poor mobile performance with significant lag. I also don't like the slow loading times and excessive battery and memory consumption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves fragmented communication and inefficient remote collaboration, replacing static whiteboards. It's great for visual collaboration and turns brainstorming into actionable plans.

Effortless Collaboration and Seamless Integration Across Teams

  • December 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Great for collaboration across different teams, and being to able use one board for every aspect of the project is good! Very easy to use and very easy to use with other systems and software. As someone new to using Miro it has been very easy to start using it in my day to day work, and it's been very easy to implement across the teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that it can be very easy to get lost in a big project, but still easy enough to find where I need to be again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far the best thing as been working collaboratively with other team members, somewhere we can all work as the same time and towards the same goal. For example I work with a team mate who is part time and they are very quickly able to catch up with whats happened while they have been off, but I am also able to find all their work when they are off to aid me as well.

Intuitive Mind-Mapping with AI Powers

  • December 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Miro for creating mindmaps. The AI mindmap creating feature is great because it can create simple visualizations of complex designs. I appreciate the simplicity and the user interface, which makes it easy to use. The fact that Miro has an education version is thoughtful, indicating a commitment to developing a strong base for the company. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feature is not available on all modules, that seems very limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro's AI mindmap feature to create simple visualizations of complex designs.

Intuitive Operation, Perfect Planning Aid

  • December 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to plan my novels, and it makes the process easier, clearer, and faster. I particularly appreciate the intuitive operation, where I can quickly learn everything with just a few tries without having to read instructions. I can easily change the planning if the novel develops in a different direction. Miro does what it is supposed to do and is therefore very likely suitable for recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a calendar marked as an image with colored bars. These regularly glitch and move to the top layer, causing other images and elements to slide underneath them. This cannot be fixed. When elements are grouped together and a background field is used, various smaller errors also occur. The only difficulty was making Miro accessible to another team without sharing the projects with the first one. Since I was initially invited to Miro, I couldn't do this without creating a new account, which was quite annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes planning my novels easier, clearer, and faster. I can easily make changes as the novel develops.

Easy-to-Use Tool with Great Templates for Beginners

  • December 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The free version was sufficient for me to build beautiful swim lane and simple process maps for a Business Analyst course I've recently completed.

For someone who hasn't had prior experience building swim lane diagrams and process maps, the large number of templates to choose from assisted me immensely.

The software was easy to use and follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful if the templates are more editable (e.g. there was no ability that I was aware of the darken the lines in my swim lanes). It could be because I'm using the free version?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not applicable, I used it for submitting assignments for a Business Analyst course. I have no current use for Miro yet as I'm transitioning from a sales and customer retention role at the moment to hopefully a business analyst/project management role in the near future.
