What do you like best about the product?
Help Articles and Support. Meetings and reviews. Features are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some rules are not that clear, some triggers do not work all the time. Reports could be easier to use and more detailed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementation and adoption. It's a good tool for updates on our applications
Walkme is a great and easy In-app tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a quick way to inform our users of important information and bugs. And it is great that it has many different functions to do so (Smartips, SMWT, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
The Automatic selector does not work well on our site, we often have to use jQuery. But that may be different for other sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we need to get information out to our users quicker than our Tech team can do it.
Great product with many benefits for our users
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the variety of different features that WalkMe offers. You can tailor WalkMe to address your particular users' needs, whether they're internal or external. The ability to customize these features makes WalkMe valuable for us. We have a variety of applications in several different business lines, so customization is vital. In addition, their technical support team is top-notch. They provided me with valuable assistance that addressed my questions immediately, without having to go back and forth. It saved me time and enabled me to meet a deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
You're bound to have a learning curve with a tool of this nature. That's the only negative I have experienced as a new user, and it didn't surprise me. Fortunately they have abundant training and knowledge resources available in various formats to help you out. Their online training courses are particularly helpful, especially in educating me on features that I wasn't even aware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to engage with our customers and ensure they had access to the educational resources necessary to accomplish their work tasks. This has reduced the number of support calls and initial confusion from our users.
Thriving with Walk Me
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and easy to follow for the intended learner. It has allowed us to support our agents in the field by providing in-app support as we transition to a new booking platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a challenge when interacting with a dynamic page, but with the support from Walk Me, we are always able to find a solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of system enhancements rolling out weekly, and,with no time for formal training, this is a perfect solution to get the information out to our employees
WalkMe - Much more than just real-time user assistance
What do you like best about the product?
I think it can replace legacy user guidance and user assistance solutions completely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few complex areas to build out some apps. The UI can be more user-friendly. Although, you can work your way out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With WalkMe, you can build "intelligent"user assistance solutions and not the typical ones. I think it is helping reduce the burden and load on the field/support team to a noticeable extent.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy-to-build SaaS toolset to build in conjunction with a new software product launch. The WalkMe builder is intuitive and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to create an ongoing business case for usage without a dedicated resource internally

WalkMe helps with upskilling users and creating a better User Experience ontop of products that may have design limitations

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for use adoption especially in newly developed D365 applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dynamics is a bit tricky with WalkMe due to the ever changing connectors however WalkMe Support and CSM have been terrific in assisting us get around this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe is providing our end users across the state with the ability to easily use standardised processes across a complex newly created system. A large number of the users are very limited in their computing skills so WalkMe adds an extra layer of support at the end users finger tips.
It offers a lot for New Hires and lessens IT Tickets
What do you like best about the product?
Lessens IT Tickets, provides ease of use for trainers to train new hires on the system while they focus on the sales process
What do you dislike about the product?
Flows often break and do not work. Or will not deploy after a few tries

Training and comms. It has provided a lot in that area
Customizable and Insightful Tool with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I find WalkMe very simple to use and completely customizable, which allows me to use the system's or company's colors and melt content in the system seamlessly. I appreciate the powerful insights it provides, as they assist in planning the content we should build and help evaluate its efficiency. Additionally, the setup was quite easy thanks to a WalkMe Customer Success Manager being there and training us to get started.

Maintenance can be lenghty
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe helps my team with slow adoption and complex customization of the Ariba system. I love its simplicity, full customization, and powerful insights that guide content planning and efficiency evaluation.
Impressed with the functionality and easy to build solutions.
What do you like best about the product?
time saving - no need to spend time with users on individual guidance - we direct them to specific walkme items instead of explaining.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of auto-notifications on broken SWT steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves us time in user guidance an minimizes training efforts as well as supports immediate communication regarding ad hoc system changes.
