New WalkMe Builder, and I love it
What do you like best about the product?
I think the WYSIWYG Editor is easy to use. The learning curve is short. I also value the Tip Tuesdays in the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes what you preview isn't the same as what you see in play. Possibly it is our applications, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my company, WalkMe mostly helps people not to commit common errors because the application wasn't intuitive enough.
Creation process is easy and clean
What do you like best about the product?
The absolute best thing about WalkMe is their visual flow creation process, and the ability to easily branch in and out of the original flow. I've yet to meet another DAP provider who can come close to this capability. The process of selecting an element and creating assets around that element is fantastic, easy, and without unnecessary steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
WalkMe has recently released a "custom reports" feature. While it has so much potential, it currently falls short in its offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe has helped us provide help for our customers, right where and when they need it. With the weekly reports, I'm able to find pinch points in the customer process and address those promptly.

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe is the premiere digital adoption platform without any real equivalent in the industry. The aspect I like best is the power of the tool. At times it feels like there is nothing you can't do with it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe is helping in change management, onboarding people and platforms, and increasing efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The capabilities and functions that allow the platform to fit to your needs. Helps enhance or even replace typical training methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
They cost. Although that is relative, the cost is well worth the vlaue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replace training for enhancements and soon replace in person training for some onboarding tasks.

The tool is simply to use and the solutions can be complex. Once people learn what you can do ta user's experience

You can do so much with this tool and sometimes I tend to forget to keep it simple.

We use WalkMe to clarify the best business process flows and to introduce new features.

Ability to drive one change and journey approach utilizing walkme for comms, training, performance support and insights!

Inability to deep dive into insights, would like more visibility into long term product roadmap

Solving inability to provide support at the point of need. Ability to realize insights and pain points real time .

Flexibility, I see WalkMe as a Swiss-Army knife of solution delivery options.

There is no way to integrate the Editor with a code asset management tool.

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe is most helpful in developing and delivering data-driven solutions for end users. By using analysis of user behavior collected by WalkMe to plan your projects and evaluate the efficiency and return of your solutions,

Sometimes limited UI for the editor that requires a ton of log ins and refreshes to get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User experience, broken processes, multiple systems requiring similar inputs or feeding into each other with human error.
WalkMe is a very effective tool for digital adoption without heavy investment in development work.

Effective in improving UX and training new users on systems. Easy to create content and customize for different use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
WalkMe should focus more on the end-user scenarios for a website. WalkMe has rolled out many features for Employee onboarding and training in the last few years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to onboard new users on a cloud-based system. WalkMe has significantly reduced the time and training required to onboard new users.
WalkMe has the absolute BEST staff!
What do you like best about the product?
Though WalkMe is an extremely intuitive platform, the main thing I enjoy the most is the helpful and caring staff! They truly care and want to help!

The only downside is the WalkMe content can get a little challenging to learn at first - but once you take their training courses, it becomes easy!

WalkMe is helping us understand specific analytics that we were missing while also enhancing our client's ability to learn more about our system!
