WalkMe has been a wonderful tool to help users with our complicated system and business process.

What do you like best about the product?
The upside of WalkMe is providing immediate support to the users. They don't have to leave the application or review documents or training aids. It allows them to do a process once and correctly. Saves a lot of time of rework.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really doesn't have a downside. I use WalkMe in Planisware and sometimes the flexibility of PLW (screens and attributes can be personalized by each user) can cause problems when setting up a walk thru.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many business and technical processes that our users need to implement. WalkMe is provides guidance and in-tool assistance to help the users do their work once and correctly.

Easy to build, well designed, great team to work with.

natural changes that happen because the company is growing ( i guess its part of the game in an fast growing area)

in general, its cost reduction + productivity increase with the elements:

- training substitution
- performance optimization
- data quality improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Walkme is an cloud-based Digital Adoption Platform enables organizations to measure, drive, and act to ultimately accelerate their digital transformations and better realize the value of their software investments. Our code-free platform leverages our proprietary technology to provide visibility to an organization’s CIO and business leaders, while improving user experience, productivity and efficiency for employees and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a training consultant without any programming or IT experience, I have been able to quickly learn the tool and create simple effective solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is cost-effective, reducing the need for human trainers

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe bridges the gap between what users know and what they need assistance with. Not everyone learns all there is to know during training. WalkMe allows everyone the opportunity to succeed in whatever process they are engaged in.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a hard question. I can not think of anything I dislike about WalkMe. Regardless of the suggestions, WalkMe always makes it happen. If I had to pick one thing, I would say to provide some more expansive support articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe has recently built in real-time help and evaluation for builds to detect the issue when a solution is not working.

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe has completely changed how we support both new hires and our existing teams. Rather than sending people long training videos or job aids that they may never watch or read, we can guide them directly inside the tool while they’re doing the work. In Security Sales, our teams rely on a huge number of systems every day, and WalkMe helps simplify that experience, reduce confusion, and get people productive much faster. I also really appreciate the WalkMe community, and once you understand the basics, the platform is straightforward to build in and maintain over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge I’ve heard from our IT team is that WalkMe can sometimes affect system speed, particularly in SFDC, where we already have a lot of tools and integrations running. I’d also like more flexibility in reporting, along with easier ways to spot and manage duplicate content across tracked events, engaged elements, and other assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe helps us tackle onboarding, training, communication, and change management challenges in one place. We use it to support new hires, introduce new tools and features, guide users through more complicated processes, and cut down on the number of support questions that come to our team. Overall, it has saved us a huge amount of time, helped us deliver a more consistent experience for sellers, and made it easier to drive adoption of important tools across the business.

What do you like best about the product?
- At the strategic level: WalkMe can positively impact on the results of the company, in the short term can change the rate of productivity and the commitment of the users, and in the long term on time and money therefore a good ROI .

- At the functional level: WalkMe can simplify the handling of any solution especially in the learning phase, can also help to track and collect more information on user interactions with the system thanks to insight .

- At the technical level: WalkMe can help improve the UX/UI, help to integrate other features without touching source code, because the two technologies are separate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative so far whenever I encounter bugs the support team takes the lead
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help users to follow and work under their company's CBM/CBS and easily understand all the features of their ERP

Best way to ensure your user adoption!

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of WalkMe's DAP tool we managed to greatly increase user adoption of different systems and all their features! I like how easy to use WalkMe's editor is and how fast you can see results.
What do you dislike about the product?
WalkMe works best on web based systems, although they have released WalkMe workstation which allows it to function on desktops as well. I can't wait for WalkMe's full power being available on desktop applications!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issues with fully adopting a new system and its features. It also helps with automating processes and ensuring data quality from user input. This also decreases support tickets.

The direct engagement it allows us to have with our user without the need for a meeting/training

Some things within the editor are difficult at first without proper training

We employ WM on our customer facing rental management platform. WalkMe allows us to have a help center with step by step walkthroughs as well as use STs and SOs to direct users to new features in the platform

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create content and help people with onboarding. It's so usefull to cut costs and reduce time training people. Also the UI is amazing and very intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are a few issues and it's hard for me to find the right information for trouble shooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me reduce time and costs of onboarding new employees. It streamlines processes and makes our team more productive. You can definitely notice it's benefits after deployment.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the versatility of WalkMe. We use a variety of walkme tools to target our users in different ways. This helps us to put content in front of users only when it makes sense for them to see that content.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have encountered many "gotchas" or nuances as we try to work through different requirements. We can always find a solution, but there is a lot of learning along the way as we try new things.
