What do you like best about the product?
The ability to address a wide range of business and user needs while helping users learn as they go.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are inevitably some features that I desire that WalkMe does not currently have, but overall, I'm impressed with their platform and solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Awareness of business critical information and promotions, completing complex processes that span multiple applications, driving new user adoption.

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe offers a user friendly design that is very intuitive and easy to use. This helps to simplify onboarding and navigation and the step-by-step guidance helps to greatly improve task efficiency. The 'Smart-Tips' and 'Walk-Thrus' strike the perfect balance of offering support to employees without being too intrusive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much bad things I could say about WalkMe, the only improvement that could benefit would be better element capturing with cross domain iframes as I've often encountered problems with these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training: WalkMe helps to offer better onboarding experiences for new starters and also helps to guide users where needed.

Multi Language: With colleagues in different countries, WalkMe allows for the current built content to be translated and easily depolyed.

Internal Communications: WalkMe can help push out important shoutouts to employees so that they are informed and the correct information is communicated.

Best DAP product out there!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Helpful Walkme as a product is, I know HTML is easy but I am someone who hadn't worked with HTML before and had to start working with it for better utilization of Walkme. With the resources and community available anyone can DAP now! Users don't need to be tech savy, it is a very DIY type of application and anyone can learn it easily by just working through the editior and insights - Leraning through expereince. I wouldn't recommed any other product for DAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
100% Integration with your product/website is sometimes tricky specially if you are hosted via third party platforms - in these cases you then get completly restricted from using the walkme features for those parts of yyour products.. there is some workarounds which is good. But it would great to be able to integrate and use ALL of walkme features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of taking 500 1:1 meetings we just need to make one walkthrough and the work is done! We also have firsthand vidusalization of how it is impacting our users and helps identify Pain points.
Something went wrong in our product? it's so easy to find the bug now with the help of Session playback - Instead of spennding hours of resource in trying to re-create an issue we can just go through the sessions. Overall it is revolutionalry in terms of providings users insights.

DAP but make it pretty and easy

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is super easy to use and build content out of. It's simple, yet pin pointingly designed in a way where you have EVERYTHING that you need, either a mouseclick or a menu away. The new rule engine is just super logical and is structured in the same way as a creators thought process.

Additionally, the level of support when encounting the rare issue is unparalleled, it's almost a joy reaching out for support, have you ever felt like that before?!
What do you dislike about the product?
If i was to nitpick, there are a few occasions where the link between the browser and the editor gets disrupted, which is annoying, but nothing a click or two can't fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our business, we have an incredibly powerful application for our users to support them in managing their workloads, the issue we found prior to WalkMe was that so many functions were being depreciated, or that there were service desk tickets being submitted because the user wasn't able to quickly find relevant training material to understand a process and that it was working by design. WalkMe eliminates that obstacle by having digital, consistently updated training material that isn't only hands on , it's readily available for the user to access, or even when a user starts to stray off course from a process.

What do you like best about the product?
It assists our Sales Teams in inputting data in Salesforce. It's easy to use, almost invisible, and it can be customized for your business!
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting our IT department aligned to launch on users' computers globally. Not really WalkMe's fault, but it's what I dislike about the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently implemented Salesforce for our Sales teams. WalkMe has helped resolve issues around processes putting information into Salesforce, giving guidance through smart walk-throughs, tips, and survey input. We also had workstation installed to create a concierge service, if you will, for users, to work more efficiently through their day-to-day activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Walkme can help drive efficiency and effectiveness for employees and customers using business systems and applications through tips, guidance and automation.
Walkme content and workstation helps with change management, improved ramp time and tech adoption.
Walkme is easy to deploy and build meaningful content. It will help reduce IT development costs allowing for IT to refocus resources on high priority items versus system enhancements.
Walkme has a broad range of use cases across commercial, operations, backoffice, customer engagement and employee applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Walkme content must be maintained / updated if it is going to remain relevant and effective. Walkme can support through the services organization but that will increase costs and reduce the ROI if you are also no utilizing an internal team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving Process efficiency in our CRM and CPQ - guidance and tips saving time and improving onboarding of new reps.
Change management - implementing new systems post acquisition.
Data accuracy and process adherance - via guidance and smart walkthroughs.
Revenue generation - shoutouts for new product launches and recurring revenue attachment.
Cost reduction - Walkme Discovery providing valuable insights on application usage.
Improving Customer Experience - making it easier for customers to engage with our technology.

Wonderful Experience with WalkMe

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe saves our company and employees time by streamlining processes and providing guidance in the flow of work during the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about using WalkMe except that my team is not big enough to utilize all WalkMe has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe is giving time back to our organization by decreasing the number of support tickets sellers submit, decreasing the amount of emails Salesforce admin and managers receive asking for help and streamlining the sales process to make it easier for sales reps.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that WalkMe can provide guidance to users on our platform as well as give us insight and data on where users need help navigating processes
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like when steps within a build break and need to be reset or when content works inconsistently between UAT and production
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us an opportunity for on the job training for enhancements / changes to the crm page.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to target the right people with the right content at the right time to ensure they feel fully supported during their journey with our technology. The analytics capabilities really set it apart from it's competitors and provide the insights that our business deem critical.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration can be a little more technical than people expect so initial configurations can take a little longer than expected but once up and running everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick, easy and effective in-app communication. Plugging holes if/when required. Inviting new users into our apps and making them feel supported from day one. Reducing drop off rates in processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating solutions to guide clients and employees through complex and simple processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud hosting needs to be expanded to support as many sources as possible and allow for some Smart Walkthrough to pop up on the same tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Walkme makes onbaording clients into our SaaS applications more interactive and unifies solutions across our organization. Process management becomes easy through adaptive rollout of digital solution.
