A game-changer for our business
What do you like best about the product?
My organization has had WalkMe for under a year, and multiple teams have already seen hundreds of thousands of dollars of ROI from their WalkMe implementations. It's been a great way to provide user guidance, improve usability of our existing software, and bring together a lot of resources that were previously scattered across multiple platforms and locations. We are moving towards a world where many of our employees are going to interact with WalkMe daily, and I'm excited for how much more we'll be able to get from our software when that happens. Customer support is also excellent, with a dedicated customer success manager (we love her!) , builder resources, and product help as we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though WalkMe is marketed as a low-code/ no-code solution, your builders will need to learn about HTML and CSS to really fully harness the tool on certain platforms. The editor also requires training to fully understand and use -- it's not immediately intuitive. If you purchase WalkMe, make sure you have one person (or several people!) who can devote a majority of their time to learning and building content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data accuracy - Some processes in org are error-prone, and WalkMe is helping us validate that users are completing the processes correctly.
Resource centralization - We use WalkMe Resources to link out to important reference docs from the menu.
Automation of manual processes - We use WalkMe to remove repetitive clicks, which saves time and is popular with users.
Transition onto new platforms - We're implementng a new Salesforce platform, and WalkMe is being used for training and onboarding users.

Work Smarter not Harder
What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe will absolutetly help your Team achieve their business goals whatever they might be. Building content with WalkMe is incredibly easy and their Customer Service and Technical Support Teams are an invaluable resource that assist you every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
That currently my company doesn't utilize it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe is helping alleviate training issues with our processes. They are also helping us decrease our ticketing center volume since the software is so easy to use the end users no longer have issues with the processes they were reaching out to our help center for assistance with.

WalkMe allows us to deploy new applications quicker without having to deliver traditional classroom training.

WalkMe helps us create solutions to our common problems. The Community is the best part about WalkMe. Anytime we don't know the answer, or are looking for out of the box solutions, The Community is always there to brainstorm those ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a huge learning curve to utilizing the system effectively. It's just the nature of the system, since there are so many different ways to create content within the system. Learning which tool to use and when is the biggest key to success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe allows us to house all our onboarding content for welcoming a new user into our application. We no longer have to give in person or zoom trainings to end users. We give them a list of material to cover and run the goals reports to see that they have done so.
Very useful and easy to configure tool. Helps a lot to onboard the users
What do you like best about the product?
The best part for me is the flexibility. You can copy previous guides, you ca apply it on many platforms and applications. Its easy to use and easy to integrate. Option to create tutorials and guidelines are great, you can combine them to get an infinitive number of options for yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to add as a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe helps me to onboard new users of application. Also, it allows me to easely notify users about new features or any kind of updates and changes on the application

What do you like best about the product?
With WalkMe it is easier to explain users different processes. it allows step-by-step instructions
It also helps us with administrative part of the process, we no longer need to have instructions in seperate files, instructions are build in in SuccessFactors.
I like that WalkMe works on maing sure that 'selecting elements is easier.

Sometimes I need to look into the page code to mark items correctly. However, I can see that it is getting better and better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
educates user on diffeerent processes, sometimes processes in SuccessFactors are not most intuitive and such step-by-step guides help user perform the task
My experience with WalkMe has been nothing short than Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that WalkMe guides our users through complex tasks and allows them the ability to navigate through new applications and capabilities. In addition, Walk Me automates & simplifies tedius application steps, and provides multiple ways that we can gain a customer's attendion with shout outs, launchers etc., which helps to increase adapability. The platform's great and easy functionalities help to increase our team's bandwidth and allows us to work on more work items without interruption. Lastly, I love that the platform provides analytics related to application transitions! The reports can be simply be downloaded straight from the platform! Time saver and Game Changer!

I cannot say that I dislike anything about WalkMe at this time! The platform is amazing and the support team is equally amazing! I have the best of both worlds!

What do you like best about the product?
WalkMe is easy to build & test. Content is fully customizable to meet customer needs, including the "look and feel" of the tool. WM Insights is an extremely powerful and valuable component of the tool as it allows for visibility into not only ROI of solutions built but also insight into the requests users are searching to help builders meet end users where they need the help most.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the tool can be a little glitchy and require more technical intervention than pitched. While identifying elements via "point and click" is sufficient a majority of the time, there is a need for builders to be somewhat tech-savvy to be able to troubleshoot without the assistance of WM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WalkMe is helping to promote new system functionality and help end users learn about the tool. We are also utilizing Smart Tips & Validation to help fill gaps in SuccessFactors system functionality to address data quality issues faced previously.
