I cannot change team cadences. Small errors require permission to change.

Always winning with Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Salesloft is the integration with Gmail. It saves me so much time developing time slots for client appointments and sending automated emails. Super helpful to see all that data flow in about how many emails I am sending and to which clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't encountered anything I dislike about Salesloft. Super intuitive once you log-in and a very simple interface to help with efficiency and productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me plenty of time I would normally spend drafting emails and creating Google calendar invites. It makes me more efficient at my job and gives me time back in the day to better care for clients
Market leading tool for sales engagement.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has many tools that a selling organization needs to effectively create, execute and track inbound and outbound sales messaging. Their bread & butter is the email cadence, but all the integrations with CRM, Prospecting Tools, Socials and softphone to call out of all in one screen. Integral for SDR and BDRs or any heavy outbound focused role. Very useful for creating inbound messaging customized to specific content or lead funnels. Great, from a management point of view, you can use native reporting or use Many CRM Via Reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit hard on older/slower computers. Once you start populating many contacts, you can notice the slowdown. It can bit a bit buggy when it comes to editing steps in a cadence and having those steps apply around scheduling/automation/multi-step features not so much the actual content being edited which has been bullet proof in my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a high volume of sales or business development conversations. Also being able to track and test those conversations in one place.
Salesloft for Retail Tech Agency
What do you like best about the product?
The cadences make ABM outreach organized. The ability to customize and tweak the cadences to our needs is incredibly efficient and helpful. Linking Salesloft to our other software is also very helpful in getting the whole picture in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was incredibly difficult and time consuming to link Salesloft to salesforce and migrate that information. Once done it was very helpful and necessary, but the process was exhausting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing outreach sales cadences. Before we had endless google docs and sheets to organize our outreach and it was difficult to share that information with colleagues. Salesloft has been helpful in organizing and streamlining these tasks.
Super easy and absolute must for anyone in sales
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily see who is interacting with our prospecting emails is a game changer. Also, the cadence feature is super easy to use and is a massive time saver being able to automate emails and other reminder/tasks associated with prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Love the software. No complaints and been using SalesLoft since 2017.

Helping me organize my email templates and then automating prospective with there cadence feature.
Effortless dialing, great steps to cadences, brilliant Salesforce integration
What do you like best about the product?
The cadences are a great help. Not only do they help me keep track of my accounts, but they also furnish me with a workflow that is smooth and precise. Automated movement of the steps in cadence is what I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have loved the experience. The only downside is not being able to delete people as we used to a couple of months back. I suggest that there should be a timezone indicator on the contact while in salesforce. This way won't have to check the timezone by navigating away from the page and into salesloft again and again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dialing and sending emails are a few of my key performance indicators. Salesloft is helping me do my job in a manner that is less complicated and quicker. Different tags are also a big help if I need to come back to the same contact again and again.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can see who opened your Emails at what time plus the interface is quite user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such there is nothing that i dislike about it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its easy-to-use interface, powerful features, innovative layout, and automation rules. It's nice to be able to go back and listen to calls or share calls internally. The email cadences work well and are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software can be hard to use due to lagging and many technical issues. Sometimes it will un-sync itself from my email, run slow, not load, etc. Excellent other than that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the in-depth reporting; you can get very granular on our activities - from emails to calls. I am impressed that it records inbound calls, especially when you receive them from your cell phone. You are also able to text contacts which is pretty important to me. It also integrates with Salesforce.
Powerful sales tool in addition to your Salesforce.com
What do you like best about the product?
I've used other tools before, but Salesloft wins over all of them on flexibility in the setup of the cadences and the ability to change, add or modify steps once created. After spending a couple of hours, you're up & running, and your first cadences will generate responses. Initially, the tool was bought for sales/prospecting activities, for which it is great and precisely designed. But I have been able to use it equally as an account management tool to reach out to my clients regularly; adding a constant value to them is way more manageable now. The integration with Salesforce.com is smooth, you'll love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a dashboard freak, and more metrics is better, maybe I haven't gotten around the way to customize the dashboard, but as far as I can see there's some limitation there. That said, what the tool offers is quite impressive already.
