What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesloft to be incredibly valuable for my daily sales and lead capture work. Its integration capabilities are excellent, particularly with Salesforce and LinkedIn, which significantly reduce manual workflows. The ability to control my personal cadences while maintaining visibility into whole team activities helps streamline our processes, setting Salesloft apart from other CRM systems. The platform's ease of setup was impressive, with both internal and external support making the process smooth and straightforward. I also appreciate the variety of cadences and templates, allowing me to tailor communication to specific personas efficiently. The conversation insights feature is particularly useful, providing transcriptions and analyses that are easy to refer back to. The consolidation of tasks, such as setting tasks and managing calendars, into a single platform enhances our efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the superb support from the Salesloft team, combined with the robust set of integration options, ensures that I can handle all aspects of my workflow seamlessly. This all-in-one approach makes Salesloft invaluable for our sales operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are issues with inbound calls in SalesLoft where the phone isn’t linked properly, resulting in delays and not displaying the caller's name immediately. This requires improvement as it would help in knowing who's calling without relying solely on the notifications tab, and it would prevent entering calls without prior context, which I find crucial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesloft to streamline sales processes, manage cadences, and integrate tools in one platform, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual work. It consolidates tasks like outbound calls, email tracking, and CRM integration, providing ease in managing sales operations.

sometimes I wish I could action all my things in rhythm at once like move all the call steps to a different date, or complete all something like that.

organizing all my leads in one place and making it easy to get visibility on who to call/ email and when

What do you like best about the product?
I really value Salesloft for its ability to facilitate efficient outreach, allowing me to keep track of our top accounts effectively. It enables me to see who is engaging with our emails, including insights into who is opening and forwarding emails. This functionality is crucial for ensuring our sign-ups are monitored and utilized effectively. I find the feature that tracks whether prospects are engaging, such as opening emails and clicking on shared links or documents, extremely useful. Additionally, the introduction of the new AI trial is exciting and promises a significant change, which I am eagerly anticipating as it seems it will enhance the platform even further.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the rhythm dashboard in Salesloft to be somewhat messy and unorganized. This impacts the UI experience negatively, even though there have been improvements over the past year. Additionally, I've experienced slow resolution of issues, particularly with Salesforce synchronization problems, which have taken too long to fix and can be quite disappointing.

I use Salesloft to efficiently manage outreach, track prospect engagement, and leverage sign-up data, greatly improving how I handle top accounts.
Easy Email Scheduling, But Cadence Setup Can Be Confusing

Easy to use, keep track of cadencences and schedule emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes scheduling cadences is a bit confusing because when bulk emails are sent it takes into account different time zones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling emails as I'm able to compose emails the previous night and I'm able to send it the next day
Total Control in Sales Processes with Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
I am very happy with Salesloft. I use it every day throughout the day to have precise control over my activity, especially in following up with my clients and prospects. I really appreciate knowing who is viewing my emails and how many times, which allows me to determine if they are truly of interest. I also love being able to create cadences and record my calls, allowing me to listen to them later to identify areas for improvement. It helps me have absolute control over my activities and ensure that I don't leave accounts unattended, as long as I regularly access my activity within Salesloft. I especially value the tracking of my shortcomings and the ability to make calls from another phone in addition to mine. The integration with Salesforce and my email is also an aspect that benefits me greatly. The setup process was clear, thanks to the support from the technology team and the account champion at Motiv. Overall, I consider that Salesloft improves my results and significantly contributes to maintaining the quality of my service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am annoyed with the error that appears when I try to integrate the platform with Zoom, given that we not only use Zoom but also Google Meets to record the video conferences. Additionally, I find the red bar that appears at the top uncomfortable, and I have already tried to align the platform with Zoom without success.

I use Salesloft to keep track of my follow-up activity with clients and prospects. It allows me to know who views my emails and how many times, create cadences, and log calls to listen to later. It ensures that I don't miss opportunities, improving my results.
Extensive Data and Easy to Use, But Limited Flexibility

I like the breadth of data available and the ease of use.

I don't like that it doesn't always import the information I need, like office phone number, from Salesforce.

Salesloft makes it easy to meet call metrics and track my progress. It also gives me the ability to track previous contact with customers all in one place.

Having all account and client information centralized in one place is very convenient. The platform is user-friendly, making it simple to locate whatever you need.

Some things do not transfer over from Sales Loft.
