Functional as an email sending tech, but horrible for reporting and worst for customer support

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is very easy to pick up for your sales teams. It functions well enough and gives you the basic functionality one should expect from this type of technology. Salesloft does have a good add-on for chrome that makes lofting emails rather easy and it's simple enough to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is HORRID. The amount of excel docs I have to export to understand what templates are working is rediculous. What's more the standard SFDC conencted reports don't really suffice for optimization outside of standard activity tracking. The worst part of Salesloft is there is no customer support. You have to join a webinar on friday's and ask your questions to get any answer from support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's letting us send out emails and cold calls and do so in a templated way that enables cadence work. It helps our SDR team do their job and to some degree track their progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a great software to revisit the previous conversations you had with your custmers that you can go back and check on their history with how the last connect went out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not being synced well with Salesforce so I need to refresh my browser and log in again to refresh both Salesloft and Salesforce. I think it will improve after some fixing and real-time sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it solves some problems in terms of booking meetings with the customers. Plus it's also well integrated with MS Teams Calendar wherein the customer can book a meeting with me or I can do that for them. They can also choose which date and time the prefer to meet with me. This is very important to me becuase I can manage my time in a day and prioritize some urgent meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatically send bulk emails, check the status and analyse your results. You can also add LinkedIn connection requests and see the info about an account or person.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be really helpful to add messaging function with social networks like Sales Navigator, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others. And see the results of this cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending bulk messages automatically and easily accessible editing functions.

Track results.
See the analytics.
Compare different SDRs results.

What do you like best about the product?
It tracks every action we make wether via email or phonecall, it gives us note for every transaction, and it entails all the credentials needed to verify one account/customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
the recording of every call doesn't have transcript when reviewing conversation that is not audible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If another or previous rep had a conversation with the client, I would be able to trace the trail of conversation most especially if it's significant. Doesn't matter how long ago it was, still helpful for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I can develop personalized sales cadences using SalesLoft, which are a set of touchpoints (calls, emails) made to effectively engage prospects. Additionally, it offers me workflow management capabilities so that my sales staff and I can keep track of and manage our activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its Complexity and Learning Curve I discovered that SalesLoft has a challenging learning curve, especially for people who are unfamiliar with sales interaction platforms. It could take some time and practice to become adept at navigating the different features and settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get a lot of support from the cadence and workflow management. I can establish personalized sales cadences with SalesLoft, which are a sequence of touchpoint calls and emails intended to engage prospects successfully. It also gives me access to workflow management tools to support sales teams in monitoring and controlling their operations. Additionally, SalesLoft provides me with powerful analytics and reporting tools that let me understand how well my sales are performing. Users can assess team activity, email response rates, conversion rates, and other analytics to find team strengths, flaws, and improvement opportunities.
