Salesloft Rocks
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes it easy for me as a sales rep to track all my best accounts and contacts in an organized manner!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a gmail template extension added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to stay organized and on time with following up with certain prospects!

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes it easy to track data on every single email cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing... navigating through the page is as easy as could be.

We improve efficiency for sales people by automating CRM updates.
Crushing it with Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and saves me a couple hours per day. I am able to come in the office with my day already organized and I know exactly what I need to do. Additionally I am able to stay organized with the large number of leads I work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Select certain leads from a lead view to import them into Salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have taken the repetitive tasks out of my day which allow me to spend my time doing more strategic prospecting.

Great to know info like who opened the email and when.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything seems to work fine for me. I know our sales team might have more feedback around this. I primarily use it just to know when a customer is viewing what we send over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a sales perspective our team wants to track which prospects are going to be the warmest. For us on customer success, if/when certain clients go dark, it is great to know if they are just ignoring what you are sending or if they are opening it but then not taking action.

I can operate in a high velocity model very effectively and more importantly, efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I should have evaluated more of the functionality early in my usage because I wasn't using the software to the best of it's ability.

High lead volume, smb deal value and full cycle sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you have an issue with leads not getting the attention they need, this solution will save you time on operational costs and other disparate tools like this.
I'm a one-person army
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to reach out to hundreds of people with hyper personalized content, and follow up to those in a consistent and personalized manner. The UI rocks, is very intuitive, and my prospects have no idea that I'm using an email campaign tool - everything looks "one-off"
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the tool showed me a list of the most engaged prospects across any and all cadences, to help me zone in on which need my most immediate attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account based outreach, conference lead follow-ups, etc. Benefit is I get my precious time back to do the fun stuff - meeting people, demoing our product, and spend less time following up on tasks and the mundane part of my job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best product out there for supercharging your outbound efforts. It's paid for itself many times over already.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is easy to use - it is user friendly. I can build contact lists easily and it integrates well with other programs. I like how I can export the lists into an Excel spreadsheet to save and refer back to later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information that I get is not accurate, and that can be frustrating. It will provide a phone number that is not correct, and so I basically have to go look up the number for myself any way, and so the time that I thought I was saving - I really was not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to build lists, organize them, exporting data, and assisting with list management. A major benefit is quick contact information.

Give it a try. Overall, I have liked it so far.

+ Some recent changes to the UI were confusing and felt like a step backwards in terms of usability (in the latest release I believe this was improved)
+ They stopped putting any development into Salesloft Prospector and have stopped offering this as a service to new users

+ Their tool has made our process at least 80-90% more efficient and helped with the growth of our SDR team

Try it out! It really is the best
It's a growing product, still needs some work

The ability to drop voicemails and the speed that you can go through calls. The analytics are cool too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge fan of the customer success team, they drop the ball a lot and are slow to follow up. I think they may have expanded too quickly before they were ready, we were definitely sold a lot more than we received

Helping brands engage with their community through acquiring legal rights to user-generated content. It's a great way to keep track of all of the people you are reach out to

I'd wait for a bit, they need to improve their CS and add a few more features to the platform, it's also a little pricey too
