What do you like best about the product?
Easy to import contacts into Salesforce and crms

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a cadence for a specific target audience, A/B testing messaging & subject lines, & adding/removing contacts from the cadence is incredibly easy to do. Keeps my team on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface isn't the most intuitive. The side pop-up and pop-ups to send emails are cumbersome and can quickly take up the screen. Not a huge pain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since our AEs are "full-stack", it can be difficult to juggle prospecting, outreach, demos, follow-ups, contracts, etc. Salesloft makes sure we don't forget about our top of funnel activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Everything I do is easy and very effective. I can keep track of everyone I need to be speaking with and it can track anything and everything done. It also communicates with SalesForce an keeps everyone in the company on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot import an account to a cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. I am much more organized and can rely on the system to keep me on point.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Commit to the product and use it to its full potential. It will keep everything organized and if there are problems, don't be afraid to contact the staff, they are very helpful.

User interface, great customer support - awesome tracking.

That it's not salesforce - server disconnect (occasional). Legacy stats not always clear.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the hardest thing for a sales organization to solve is how to create personalized outreach at scale. Salesloft's Cadence system makes that possible through a rigorous and disciplined approach to sales outreach. The combination of email templates, scripted replies, and segmentation tools help me and my team to achieve mass outreach while still customizing responses to the different audiences I'm trying to address.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool has a fair amount of overlap with CRM functions but stops short of replacing your CRM. I hope that the future releases allow us to "live" in the tool more, without having to convert or add new information via Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is small but needs to address a large market of advertisers and agency buyers. I was seeking to solve for an inability to quickly market my business at scale with just a small team of sellers. Salesloft helps me act like a larger sales organization without making a sizable investment in staff. Furthermore, my SDRs can work quickly and without constant oversight - the tool helps them plan their daily activities and answers the question of "what should I do next" in a process-oriented manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In the end, Salesloft works best when you have a structured sales environment. This won't make a bad sales force into a good one, but it will take a good sales team and make it work smarter.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to deploy. Flexible sales approach with plenty of support. Tracks accountability to a multi-touch cadence so my managers can focus on strategy and not micro-management.

What's to dislike! There is nothing about the platform that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account based selling is the approach for up market. We see 400 percent bigger deals since deploying, we see massive uplift in sales accepted leads and pipeline. And equally important, BDRs are equipped to do their job!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am SalesHack (Twitter handle and wrote the book) and know all the products out there. SalesLoft is the best.

What do you like best about the product?
They are always making enhancements, email creation is very easy and the platform is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to track ROI from Salesloft to see if there are ways to directly tie ROI to an email cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool has allowed us to automate the lead generation and follow up tremendously. It has allowed us to process a larger amount of leads with a small team.

One of the best tools out there for lead generation and lead follow up automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to send mass emails but customize each one before you hit send. Reducing risk of incorrect info.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit clunky to use - Salesforce integration is a bit tricky. Can't set message types to be different.

What do you like best about the product?
It's interface is user-friendly and fairly self explanatory which does not require much added training if rolled out to your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's integrations are getting better but I have been using it for roughly 6 months and it seems weekly it has an issue with its SFDC integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activity is certainly increased with this tool, outreach can still be customized with minimal extra time investment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep with it, they are improving the product fairly quickly.
Outbound Prospect Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. We can easily import a list, tag it, and then assign it to a cadence. A cadence is a series of emails and calls that our reps will complete as part of the outbound prospecting process. We used to use our CRM for outbound but it was too difficult to manage. Salesloft was built just for prospecting.
The built-in analytics is awesome too! We can view open rates, click through rates for all campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had an API. Right now we have to import a CSV file for each list. We'd use Salesloft for inbound leads too if there was an API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft makes outbound prospecting efficient and intelligent. The data is available immediately and we adjust our subject lines to increase open rates. In order for outbound prospecting to pencil with our average deal size we have to be very efficient.
