What do you like best about the product?
The ability to put my follow ups in cadence
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool gets disconnected to the chrome extension repeatedly and without cause
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to manually keep track of my follow ups. Moreover, there are multiple candences I can put my follow ups in according to priority and business.

The rhythm feature also groups the Cadences according to priority

What do you like best about the product?
The simple UI is what I love about Salesloft. The customizations and the calendar integration helps with easy meeting schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting analytics feature being so premium is a deterrent for better adoption. Would love to get more insights in the same package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with automated email cadences, scheduling meetings and ensuring outbound prospecting is easy and on track

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is the one-stop-shop to take action on our full GTM motion. No other sales enagement solution offers this all encompassing revenue workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could drill into the activity on the analytics module.

Salesloft allows our team to focus on the person, saving hours of manual administrative work.

What do you like best about the product?
As a legacy customer of Outreach, the move to Salesloft was one of the best things we could have done for the business. The platform gives us more power than ever to create a memorable customer experience, from the initial touchpoint, all the way through to customer satisfaction, retention and growth. What makes Salesloft really special is the team. Everyone at the company is obsessed with their customers. We're constantly learning from them through their daily/weekly webinars, and the customer success team keeps us informed of any important changes and inovations when it comes to using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A - the team is always helpful and we're leveling up thanks to the constant innovation coming from the Salesloft team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights and governance on sales and customer support performance. Additionally, the sales insights we can glean from their conversational intelligence helps us evolve our own product, by tracking trends and 1st party insights from our users/customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to pull team reports and invidual reports. While simple, it is extremely helpful in my 1:1s to comare my SDR and see how they are doing vs the team. It is also fun to sometimes compare based on rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish there was a back button when goig from custom report back to the main analytics dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A/B Testing for prospecting
Inbound and Outbound email campaigns
Analytics are showing the right stuff we just need to simplify the look!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, managment and intergration with other systems such as Salesforce. Adoption ramp up is about a week for new users. The time it saves is pure value. Customer support is always there to help as well. Our CSM is an integeral part of our Salesloft Experience. (Nate Harris)

They need to work on making exports, reporting, and API more user friendly for advance use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft helps to save time, while improving the speed and managment of outbound prospecting. Our managers can easily track and review the activities of their users. This fuels our coaching and development.
