Very good tool

It makes my life as a BDR so much easier

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, set-up and run email sales cadences and get everytihng running seemlessly. UI is intutative and easy to use and understand what is what and where it is. I really liek the fact that you can track recepiants and see if they have visited our website. We use it it everyday and work as part of our sales team. It easily integrates into SFDC as well plus a host of other tools. Customer support is super fast, friendly and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to find anything that I dont like, but Saleloft is a bit more of an advanced tool so things can be a bit more complicated that other cheaper alternatives, but if you are a larger team you will need all the advanced features. One other area of improvement could be on when you come to launch email cadences you have to manually batch send and it would be good to automate this a bit more for example, send 50 emails a day automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email cadence automation, call tracking and sales tracking and measurement of sales activity.
Great platform for improving and increasing sales
What do you like best about the product?
The way it tracks and manages my sales outreach for me, allowing me to save time on admin and spend more time researching and personalising outreach. I use it every day and it has been implemented into our workflow so easily. It linked with our current CRM well and my colleagues have always received quick customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
As yet, I can't think of anything I don't find helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Salesloft, it was impossible to know how our outreach was being received, whether positive or negative. No matter how you changed your strategy, you had no idea how effective the new vs the old was. With Salesloft, I now know exactly how my strategies are working, which ones to keep, and which ones to get rid of.

The ability to maintain high levels of personalisation whilst still maximising my output.
The ability to automate certain steps as well as non automated steps within the same cadence
Complete visibility into every step of the cadence
Plenty of integrations for day to day activity
Having the contacts links to their linkedin as well as their page on our CRM is incredibly helpful to decrease time
Much more autofill sections, e.g. [mr_first_name] than I've seen on any other tool similar

Previouslty, when logging calls it would sometimes not move onto the next step of the cadence and pause on the same page but this has since been fixed and it's all running smoothly. No complaints!

Maximising both the team's and my personal output and getting complete visibility into activity as well as the insights of the cadences. Salesloft allows us to pivot easily knowing what is and isn't working.

Sequencing is a natural automation. I appreciate that versus outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The moar difficult part of Salesloft is removing people from cadences.

Perfect tool for SDRs
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite feature is rhythm; it saves you a lot of time by organising your calls and tasks into a workflow that automatically rolls over and you can pick up which specific cadence to call or which specific time zone. It's very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a bit buggy and I have to refresh the page or restart my computer to get it working again

Salesloft allows me to send out personalised email cadences to lists of leads easily, saving tons of time. All the data is synced back to Salesforce so that my whole team is on the same page

Salesloft: A must for a high functioning tech stack
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft rounds out my tech stack and is one of it's most important components I use on a daily basis integrated with my Salesforce. I absolutely love the user friendly interface and ease of use. Scheduling emails to drop has freed my time to increase my calls. The task manager has been imperative to my success in reaching my goals for promotion. I just received my offer letter, thanks Salesloft!
What do you dislike about the product?
This sounds unbelieavable but it's true, I can't think of anything I would change right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft has taken cadence steps to a higher level. It keeps my outreach organized and provides so much efficiency I now have time to focus on other critical tasks after I've run my steps. I am also immedialtely prompt with follow-up in to responses or opened emails which has equivilated to more meetings booked and opportunities converted.
Fast and seamless customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is one of the easiest platforms for me to navigate. It keeps me organized and on top of all my outreach activities. On top of that, their customer support features are fantastic. I went to their page and the chat bot answered my questions within seconds and with great detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no complaints about Salesloft at the time.

Salesloft allows me to be very organized when it comes to daily outbounding and keeping my contact notes all in one place.
