Great, but not my favorite
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a huge fan of snippets and cadences. Automated follow up is hands down the best time saver for my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be a little more intuitive. For example, it doesn't mark a cadence as complete if someone else from the organization responds to the email I send. I also can't drop someone into a sequence and edit part of the message from the same screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had trouble keeping up with all of our leads and making sure no one fell through the cracks. The cadences do help us to respond quickly to each lead and have enough follow-up scheduled to make sure they are interested and ready.

Using SalesLoft is like having a personal assistant. I love being able to automate some routine follow up and outreach. Keeps me on top of my game

Not much to be honest... more customization with notifications might be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating routine tasks, it's allowed me to reach out to so many more people and generate many more opportunities. It's made my days so busy I haven't had a chance to quantify it yet!

What do you like best about the product?
For us, SalesLoft just worked from day 1. Configuration was painless and swift, thanks to SalesLoft's customer success team. And today, our SDRs are doing inbound and outbound follow-up at a much higher pace (and with much greater ease) than ever before. SalesLoft is the solution we always wanted. It delivered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd be hardpressed to find something I truly dislike about SalesLoft. There are still some elements of our SDRs' processes that have to be done in Salesforce, which isn't our ideal world. But for the most part, I don't think that can be avoided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster inbound follow-up with leads. Streamlined outbound processes for demand gen. Better reporting all around, including reporting on call quality.

You should be able to set more rules in cadences (i.e when you speak to someone it takes them off the cadence)

I really love the organization and current customization of everything. It really makes handling hundreds of accounts a breeze.

This is a hard one to answer, because every time I think of something, they fix it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and making reach outs to prospects and companies. The sheer amount of organization and automation this platform has is it's greatest benefit. I handle hundreds of touch points daily and keeping track of that is just not possible in any reasonable amount of time using a spreadsheet that is shared among our team. Being able to utilize it's storage capacity with a full customization of tags and cadences I am able to effectively reach out to as many people as I can fit into a day. Along with setting priority on steps and setting reminders for people that are no longer in a cadence stage is invaluable to keeping up our rapport with prospective clients in touching base and keeping in touch. The notes are great in that I am able to write down important questions or details about a call to address them later if needed. I am also able to track my successes to see what works and what doesn't so I am able to consistently revise and review my own processes to make the process the best it can be.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you would like and easy to use platform that incorporates oversight and sharing abilities as well as customizations for a more personal touch, this is the CRM for you.

I love how Salesloft helps me structure my outreach, and integrates easily with all the other tools an SDR might use.
I love the fact that it gives me visibility on my performance, and measure up how I am doing in relation to my peers.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some hiccups with the Salesforce integration mainly - but this may mainly be due to the way our data syncs are setup.
I’ve had lots of duplicate companies be created, contacts get jumbled between accounts, numbers over-writing,... to name a few

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s made it so much easier to carry out regular outreach on target accounts, with cadences there’s no more ‘forgetting’ about an account a couple weeks in, and it gives great visibility into whether prospects are engaging with outbound content and activities
Great all in one tool.
What do you like best about the product?
That everything is a single pane of glass. Intuitive and easy to use. Support is quick and responsive. They always respond and resolve any issues I've had so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the VOIP goes on the blink and I have to use another phone to make calls. A restart helps with this issue often.

Easy organized a more efficient way to prospect and not let opps fall through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
The streamlined interface makes things very easy for me to navigate through my accounts and contacts. I appreciate the ongoing updates to features that improve my workflow. I like being able to load new leads directly from LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like. I think that I sometimes struggle with finding team cadences.

Being able to keep important contacts and accounts in a single bucket by dropping them in cadences is very helpful. It makes my daily calls much easier to run through without having to do a lot of clicking
Easy to use for everyday
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use for every employee on a daily basis, they are many different ways to interact with your customers and track what they are viewing!
What do you dislike about the product?
it does crash semi-often which can put us on hold but it does get resolved pretty quickly. Some of the buttons on the left dashboard don't make sense.

Able to follow customer interaction and track everything you do with them, you can feel confident reaching out to the customer with all your previous connects are easily accessible
