Creating cadences is easy. Searching for contacts with modifiers is great. Rythm keeps me focused

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving inbound leads and being able to upload them into the platform, cold call, and then add to a cadence has streamlined my workflow and made me a more efficient SDR
It's good platform to use.

Integration with SFDC, easy and intuitive.

I don't know answer this question because I didn't have any dislike yet.

Productivity is greater and the connection with other platforms are benefits that make me use Salesloft.

Simple Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep all my tasks (calls, emails, etc.) lined up in one easy place. The new Rhythym update makes suggestions for prospects to reach out to based on recent engagement which has helped me stay on top of my pipeline and make more meaningful connections based on data. I use salesloft evert single day and it connects directly to my Salesforce so all my data is easily stored in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a built in auto dialer, which may be asking for too much because besides that it's been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a one stop shop for all my contacts, backed by data intelligence that helps me reach the most engaged prospects.
Helpful Product for streamlining processes.
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly utilize the email cadences, and snippets features. Love the calendar and email syncs from SL to google suite. Our CSM has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing I dislike so far, just dont use the tool enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out mass emails to multiple clients, and having a quick and easy snippet insertion to gmail. Speeds up my workflow.

Put every single work, title, sentence, eveything into a Field. This would make reporting a lot easier and more refined.

cadences are a great way to get your messaging out, the rhythm feature keeps me accountable to a task list each day

importing SFDC reports is a big hassle for me

It is recording and summarizing my conversations. It is also tracking view and opens for my outreach.

Having to remove the extension and restarting my computer frequetly when Salesloft isn't workng properly. Dislike the new feature of the dialer popping up in it's own window.

Hitting my email goals- the automated email cadence is AMAZING.
Helpful for cadences, calendar bookings and action items
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to create my own email cadences and templates. The calling and texting feature I also use a bit.
What do you dislike about the product?
They removed the sidebar navigation recently and I just realized that I also can't email a group of contacts without putting them into a cadence. I have a group of tagged clients that we want to email about an upcoming class and can't.
The other problem I have found is that only one person can OWN a cadence, which is ridiculous in my opinion. Myself and my coworker Jason Lam both manage the email sequences on our cadences, but if he's away or I'm away, we can't progress the cadence otherwise. This should be looked at.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ease of booking meetings, ease of communication via phone, email, text. Being able to review the call content easily with our recordings being saved in the system. The AI meeting recaps are also very helpful.
