User Friendly with Frustrating Anaylitics
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create cadences and navigate people inside the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics do not get very specific. Cannot see daily analytics all very general month stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency in the mass emailing and reminding myself to reach back out to people. have realized the benefit of being able to group people into a cadence.
Great product for sales professionals
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me manage my day and stay organized. I reach out to many different verticals and Salesloft streamlines the ability to reach out to many prospects at scale while staying personalized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that when it says someone has replied to my email they say that person is removed but it's not. They have bugs they need to fix including the ability to schedule one-off emails within Gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the way sales professionals target their audience at scale and being able to keep track with clicks, opens, views, etc. It allows you to trial and error and gets creative with new templates and cadences that are working successfully.

What do you like best about the product?
Automates contacting clients. I can send out more emails and make phone calls in less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to use at all times. Hidden places to click to fix things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to each more prospects with less work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes awhile to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft fits a niche where SFDC by it's self cannot really provide the capabilities. The ability to import leads in mass from SFDC easily, tailor cadences for campaigns, use other plugs that attached to SalesLoft, and the dialer are the best features of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft really only provides Text fields. So the connection between SFDC and SL can be a little iffy. For example, if the SL field is connected to a picklist field in SFDC, the rep needs to remember to type the value exactly right. Otherwise the data is not pushed over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this tool for our inside sales to efficiently cold call leads.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SalesLoft is that it is every easy to see and understand what you are suppose to be doing during the day. I was like how the background information such as address and website is linked to SalesLoft. It makes my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it is hard to communicate with the other platforms that we use. I will sometimes have to go into our other systems and manually create a lead or contact. I would be great if it would just link to these platforms all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that it is solving is it helps connect with potential customers, without the customer getting annoyed, but also it helps you see what the customer has been doing by letting you log notes and showing you when emails have been viewed/opened.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about SalesLoft is its cadence structure. I like not having to create a strategy for my phone calls, but rather follow a formula that makes sure I hit each contact the right number of times. The notes section is also very helpful as I can access information on previous calls I've had with the contact so my next call is well informed and better set up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the integration with outlook; there is never enough space for files and PDFs so I have to open up Outlook separately, which is time consuming and I cannot keep track of the email's activity with the contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A business problem SalesLoft is solving for me is not having enough time. SalesLoft helps me get through calls quicker with the one-click dialing, the option to record voicemails, and the ability to know what happened on the previous call all on one page.
SalesLoft Has Played a Vital Role In Our Company Sales Growth
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the automation aspect of the emails being sent. In addition, the immediate visibility you receive when a prospect views your email allows you an opportunity to call your prospect upon receiving the notification. SalesLoft keeps you accountable to your sales activity and lets you know when you have fallen behind with your follow ups. The daily and weekly metrics are helpful in seeing the activity of your team and how you each measure your activity level against each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes regarding this platform. I have only found it to be beneficial with our sales program for our channel team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to eliminate the "old phone book" method approach to cold calling. In addition, I have found SalesLoft to be beneficial in following up with my prospects I meet at events, so that I do not lose contact with them after our initial meeting. I use SalesLoft for prospecting and engaging with current contacts, so that I keep my momentum with the sales cycle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SalesLoft will change your entire approach to cold calling. It simplifies the process for a sales approach that otherwise is intimidating and daunting.

What do you like best about the product?
Costello allows for a repository for all the objection handling and situation handling for any new reps. It allows for consistency among your team and for you to pass along the best qualities from your experienced reps to your new reps

You have to be careful about how it's implemented - or you'll replicate bad behavior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating consistency among the team. Bringing out the best knowledge from your experienced reps and providing it to the rest of the team

What do you like best about the product?
Product and implementation. The product is excellent, communication from the company is open and helpful, and the implementation/support experience is great.
Our implementation professional was outstanding -- going above and beyond our basic needs, and working with us on our complicated setup due to our security protocols. She and SalesLoft did everything they can to resolve our questions and needs to completion.
And they are just nice people -- It's been a pleasure to work with them.

We were upgrading our sales automation and engagement tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product is robust -- and plays well with other partners, which was a key consideration for us. The implementation and support thus far have been outstanding. It's been a good experience with them. They have performed well, despite that fact that we had a more complicated than usual setup. It's been smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
Costello provides an iterative and technical approach to crafting sales calling scripts. The format allows me to tighten my calls, identify gaps, and create small changes to increase my calling effectiveness.
The team is much more accessible than I could have imagined. The training on the software is unmatched, and the founders have made it exceedingly simple to integrate the tool from day one.
I especially enjoy the viewing format of the Chrome extension. It allows me to open the script in a moment's notice. It's useful for inbound and return calls from prospects rather than having to dig to find my script.
It's allowed me to ramp my sales learning curve much faster than my partner or I expected.

Initially, it took about a half hour to become comfortable editing call flows in the editor.

I am new to B2B sales. Costello allowed me to script my cold call with my partner, who has extensive background in sales.

In the first 2 weeks I've been able to set 9 meetings. This is largely due to being able to lean on the scripting and Costello's ease of access, which translates to more confident calls.
The software is powerful. The more I iterate, the more I am able to identify and satisfy gaps in the calls I'm making, allowing me to ramp my learning much faster than expected.
