Easy to use sales engagement platform
What do you like best about the product?
- It has everything my sales team needs within one platform – from emails, dials and social media touchpoints to research and call recording.
- Built for efficiency so my reps spend less time doing other tasks

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having our inside sales team become an efficient and effective pipeline builder.
Comprehensive platform
What do you like best about the product?
1. The workflow rules are especially comprehensive since they allow you to make cross-object updates in a super easy manner.
2. We had the best sales rep ever, Chantal, and technical support is very responsive.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. We have never been able to get our inbound dialer to function correctly. Salesloft says it is our Ring Central issue and our IT says its Salesloft's poor coding/integration with Twilio on the back-end, I have no clue who is correct to be honest.
2. There is NO tracking in place to see overdue tasks, the only way we can manage the BDRs day-to-day is logging in as them to view their due items.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are standardizing and streamlining our BDR methodology with calls/emails per lead over 30 days. SalesLoft does a great job organizing and tracking all activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the layout of Salesloft and the ease of use!
What do you dislike about the product?
It seemed overly difficult at first but I promise once you are used to the flow of it, it's great!

I am able to see which of my clients has responded to my emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesloft streamlines and organizes my contacts

Trying to integrate Salesloft up with Salesforce, and there are some glitches.

I wish it was easier to see associated contacts from the same company on one page.

Being able to reach hundreds of contacts at once.

What do you like best about the product?
Sharing cadences is the best because I am able to collaborate with my team and see what is working for everyone else

There is a limited number of ways to organize cadences. I would like to see a way to organize people in a step geographically and not just by time zone

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to organize who i am reaching out to. No one slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to think of much here. I am still getting used to the new color scheme.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems that I've solved are people falling through the outreach cracks, and understanding who is engaging with my emails. The benefit is more meetings.
A game changer for full cycle AEs
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft automates all prospecting cadences so that you can reach more prospects in a more defined and organized manner. It has made my life so much easier!

It is a little glitchy in removing people from cadences, make sure you keep notes of whom you speak with on calls if you need to remove the,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working off of cadences va working of off salesforce tasks is a lot easier. You are able to send multiple emails with the click of a button, increasing output to help close more deals.
Salesloft is your go-to for automation
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create a simple cadence, and just drill down on all of your leads and contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I do dislike is that Salesloft has been going down the past few weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that SalesLoft solves for me personally is really just consolidation. As I cruise through my cadences, I get to see recent activity--something that is time-consuming to do in SFDC.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about SalesLoft is that it basically automates my entire day for me. My volume (calls, e-mails, etc) was a bit lower than average. Once I fully utilized SalesLoft I didn't have this issue anymore
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are minor bugs with the ZoomInfo/SalesForce integrations, but that could easily be one of their issues and not SalesLofts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using SalesLoft for all of my cold outreach to prospects and customers.
