What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the cadences that can be set up! And how easy it is to use. It really keeps you on track for the day
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much. Sometimes when I move to the next account, it doesn't take it off the list. I have to refresh it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of who to call each day and the cadences bring up the accounts that are ready to have activity

What do you like best about the product?
Easily manage prospects, allowing you to divide prospects by which product you maybe pitching them. Holds you accountable by keeping your prospects in a cadence and having those pop up based on when you'd like to attempt to reach out again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function isn't very good, it has improved recently but you can sometimes search for someone in your salesloft instance and they wont pop up at all.

Sometimes to email tracking specifically the views can be skewed, i think its commonly triggered by spam blockers on a prospects emails, so the email tracking can be considered 50/50
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound call tracking - helps you consistently reach out to prospects based on where they may be in a cadence, makes you stay consistent and makes its easier to juggle different products
Email tracking - allows you to see if the prospect has opened and clicked around in your email, beneficial because this turns a cold call, to something much more warm

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is easy to use, not too complicated. Cadences are easy to set up and edit if need be. Dashboard also has a good view for you to see what is going on who has seen what... been opened or not. Even if it has been open multiple times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could send our email cadences with the re: feature on it and attached the last email we send in the upcoming ones so they see the ones we have sent in the past makes for a smaller second, third email
I also wish it would group the number of emails one person opens. The dashboard shows they opened it again but doesn't say this is the 4th time of 100th time. (Maybe have another bar that shows top number of views?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to make a full round of connects with our leads instead of forgetting about them after maybe one or2 calls or emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand the full capabilities of the platform and use it to the fullest extent. If not, it may not be a good use of time, since it is pretty expensive. Its only worth it if you use all the capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is very robust in its capabilities and I know that they are heavily involved with us to learn how we can get more out of the service. Support is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite a few bugs and at times it appears that processes do not make the most sense. Also in its current state it not possible to get activity stats on a specific account to understand the effectiveness of cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
scaling prospecting efforts along with tracking engagement with email communications along with logging call activities. Also use it as a way to identify and prioritize contacts to continue prospecting into.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
good start to go through the salesloft university and trainings to get ramped up in understanding how to make the most use of all the features an functionality.

Ease of use, and functionality, along with reporting of when your prospects are accessing your content via email
What do you dislike about the product?
its difficult to import information from Excel files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of your accounts, and contacts, and helping to drive when the best time to reach a prospect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Bringing Sales Force, and Sales Loft together , can enhance your effectiveness 10 fold.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Local Dial feature, and being able to keep track of when people open their emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it much better if I could tell from looking at SalesForce that the email is read rather than having to open the contact in SaleLoft to view that information. There used to be some problems with making calls as well but those seem to have been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft helps me stay organized and keeps me on top on my daily activities.

What do you like best about the product?
We have not launched yet but our experience to this point hs been great. Salesperson (Barry) and implementation specialist (Sam) are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pop ups on support screens - already submitted ticket expresing this in detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We look forward to adding more contacts to ur pipeline and customizing our approaches using cadences andclosing more deals.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very intuitive. I also like the analytical information they provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Random glitches. It doesn't happen often but when it does, it really impacts my business.

SalesLoft makes it very easy to keep track of who I have emailed. It makes my job much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and intuitive the tool is to use. I have used it in a number of different functions and overall, it's made me so much more efficient and successful as opposed to not having the tool before.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't an area that I dislike. The only thing I notice is sometimes the "Loft It" button disappears. But that is a cache/history problem rather than a software bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved a couple of problems throughout the different hats I wear with Salesloft.
1) Cold Outreach for new business. It's so easy to import from your CRM into a Salesloft Cadence. Gathering high level metrics allow our team to constantly tweak and copy cadences that are leading to more pipeline.
2) Product Marketing for Current Clients. Sending a weekly newsletter around our updates has never been easier. In most cases, I believe organizations would use a Email Marketing specific Tool. The great thing is that Salesloft has this functionality as well.
3) Calls- both outbound and inbound. The dialer functionality is something that our whole team has been super excited about. We were waiting a bit for this feature to replace our previous dialer.
