Salesloft is an SDR necessity
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft enables you to create targeted cadences consisting of call, email, and social steps. The best part about Salesloft is the automation the platform creates. It will remind you when your call and email steps are due, so you have proper spacing between contact touches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Salesloft enabled you to create a master call list. Sometimes when you want to do a power hour of dialing, it would be cool to just have all your contacts who are due for a call to be in a conglomerate list. -master calling list

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targetted emailing and calling campaigns- I am able to create specific messaging for my ICPs. From there, I am able to automate when my emails are sent, and when I should be making calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft will help create consistency in messaging and outreach across a sales team. It will also help your team measure engagement with the content you are sending out. The analytics are cool and can help with trigger selling. Salesloft also has emailing and calling in the same platform, so you dont have to worry about working out of two seperate platforms for email ands and calling. I highly reccomend this product for all sales teams, but kmy experience using this product is with two SDR teams.
Great sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to sort my prospects by industry but also have a set schedule to reach out to them by phone or email. I can easily note whether I spoke to them or if I just left a vm. I never miss a follow up call with a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft is a great tool. One thing that I wish were possible is to have an option after first cold call to add the prospect to a new cadence. As its set up I must hit back twice to add them to a new cadence. Not very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just never missing a follow up call. In our industry timing is so important and to have all our sales calls and emails so well organized

What do you like best about the product?
I like the calling feature directly embedded in the CRM, log options, and grouping of calls by step. I like email tracking and website tracking. Templates are cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more say over how my steps that are due are organized on the main page (i.e. by timezone). I would like to have a setting to auto-disable call recording, so I don't have to turn it off before each phone call I make.

Salesloft helps us organize and call prospects, and track the history of contacts.

Look to Salesloft if you want to send and track emails, and make calls to prospects all in one place.

I love how efficient it makes my prospecting.

Email daily limits and import limits are a bit chunky

Ensuring I remain top of mind for all of my prospects, not just my hot leads. More touches = more leads

It helps you work out of one tool to track all of your customer touches and works fairly seamlessly with CRMs such as Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
By having the ability to customize cadences, business development reps can create and modify their own in a convenient manner. The connection with Salesforce is seamless and pushes data back in an effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are unable to pull data from Salesforce to create accurate reports on Salesloft.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to email multiple people in a short period of time. The auto send on cadences is nice. When you're at the end of the month it is especially nice to have this feature to be able to send a lot of content to many people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the page freezes all the time. Voicemails many times are unable to drop. Sometimes calls drop as well or the feedback is not great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to stay organized. I feel like the email portion of the site works better than the phone calling. I run into a lot of issues in that regard.
Life changing sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
SL helps you to save significant time in reaching out to new prospects. Besides this, thanks to the cadences, the tool is making all the follow-ups for you so that you do not have to worry about remembering to chase your contacts. The cadences can also be customized with interactive elements to engage the people you are trying to connect with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the replies are not registered correctly so you move forward with the cadences even if you already received a reply. That said, the tool is smart enough to register a reply although it has been received by a different email address.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend this tool for sales people
Works 80 percent of the time, the other 20% it double emails people and is a difficult to track.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation is nice for scheduling follow ups, the general user layout is nice as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
issues with tracking and not following the rules I lay out in each particular cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to send out large batches of emails and connect with more potential buyers vs sending emails 1 by 1

I really enjoy how it allows me to stay organized and to keep track of the work I have done and the people I have talked to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about but sometimes it takes a little while to load between tables

Great for lead generation and staying organized while doing this.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user friendly the interface is. I am able to stay organized and keep track of my KPIs, call numbers and stats as well as stay organized on who my target call lists are and where my current leads are being generated from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pages take too long to load in between tabs. Other than that the layout is very straight forward and I like how it works together with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am staying organized with each of my clients and where each process stands. This keeps me on track for KPIs and performance as well as keeping track of my leads.

It augments any tool currently implemented.
