What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is unlike any other sales tool. It is the sales tool that truly helps me stay on track and close more deals. In my sales career I have used several sales tools but none as complete and efficient as SalesLoft. The email tracking is priceless for knowing when to contact the right prospect. I cant say enough about how quickly I am able to reach a prospect when I receive the open report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I dislike too much. I wish the call recording came back because it was great for coaching. One thing that I would like to see be made more efficient is the management of data all together. It can get really messy within accounts that have multiple users over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closing more opportunities. The clear benefits of SalesLoft is time management, organizations, centralized data and syncs with Salesforce. I can honestly say that spreadsheets are a thing of the past for managing pipeline. Tracking my calls and activity and how well certain email templates perform versus others is game changing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its the best tool one can use. The cadences, email tracking and Call tracking are by far the most useful tools in your sales toolbox. What I wish they had were more of the call recording because it was great for coaching.
SalesLoft is the best Sales Engagement Software I have encountered to this day.
What do you like best about the product?
The automation rules make it easy for us to stay on top of our lead management without having to spend time on processes that would typically be mundane and time-consuming. It allows my colleagues and I the ability to focus on what really matters: selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is not available by phone and may lead to me waiting for a resolution to an issue. However, they typically reply within 1-2 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving many front-end lead management and engagement processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that if you are looking for a good sales engagement platform you should consider Salesloft. It would be best to pair it with an external CRM such as Salesforce, as record keeping is not as expansive for sales cycles that require a lot of notes.
Great way to reach a large customer base in a few clicks.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reach out to as many customers as possible. Setting up cadences and being able to send multiple emails in just a few clicks. I've seen more KPI's increase dramatically with the tracker.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email tracker seems to not work at times. I've gotten some calls from folks who have read my email but the tracker will show up as "Unread"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach out to more customers in a short amount of time. Making outbound a lot easier and in a lot less time. KPI tracking.
The best way to track your touches on prospects
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft allows my reps to stay consistent with their prospecting efforts. No lead gets left behind!
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't track who is updating SalsForce records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows new reps to ramp quicker. It also has helped us provide the best cadences and messages to send.
Salesloft integrates for a quick and easy browser experience
What do you like best about the product?
Well, for me there are so many activity reports and tracking aspects of SalesForce that are great. The one feature I love the most is that it integrates with alot of different software besides salesforce and Office 365 mail. Also, the browser widgets come very useful when navigating browser tabs. Thank you Sales Loft

You are kidding right? SalesLoft covers it all. Not sure try it?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining business contacting and social media contact searching.

The ability to be more organized and productive than ever before.

There are some minor defects that I come across, but nothing substantial.

Low productivity is easily resolved with this tool. We are able to see a significant jump in activity and results by using SalesLoft
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that SalesLoft helps set up all aspects of the tool before starting. Do not use 3rd party consultants. They really don't offer any value. Work with Salesloft directly.

Great tool for maximizing daily outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft's integration with Salesforce makes it easy to create lists of leads you want to add to a cadence. The solution is great at getting a team to consistently perform targeted, tailored, outreach. It saves time and effort in reaching numerous prospects at once and is great for things such as event and webinar follow-up, inquiring about interactions with your team's marketing materials and cold emails with relevance from a prospect's LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally would prefer to send within outlook or Salesforce. Luckily Salesloft allows for this, however, Salesloft's capabilities seem to work best on their website. The tool seems to function best for cadence strategies for multiple prospects, but is not as well-suited for sending 1-off emails can be redundant at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft lets its users perform more outreach to prospects at scale and allows me to sell more effectively
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you focus on effectively training your staff on the product. Some will have no trouble but others might not fully grasp how to best utilize the solution.

As of now, I do not see a weakness. It has provided me everything that I need.
