Industry leader for a reason
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft's cadences are super powerful. Integration with Salesforce was relatively easy and seamless. Like the level of control it gives the admins - we can open up or lock down functionality as needed for our inside sales team. This is my second go round with SalesLoft, haven't regretted selecting them either time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some reporting items I'd like to see around immediacty and persistency, but we were able to work around this in Salesforce. Also, would love to be able to edit more custom fields on cadence completion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our immediacy has increased significantly, and our ability to get to more leads in a given day has increased probably around 50%. Also, we make sure no leads fall through the cracks - with the activities pushed to Salesforce, we're able to determine if leads are being contacted or not. Email cadences are FANTASTIC - instead of leaning on a marketing automation tool (where the timing can be all over the place), the reps are able to send and customize as a part of their process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really, they're one of two games in town as far as true Sales Automation / Sales Engagement tools are concerned. They fit our business model better for sure. Like them better than any "dialer" solution out there because they provide so much more customization and flexibility. If you're looking at one of the pure dialers, I would definitely take a look (especially on the ROI / cost of ownership side) at SalesLoft, even though they'll likely be more expensive than a traditional dialer.

What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite part of SalesLoft is the fact that it allows up to better engage with our prospects. No more will our leads be lost in the massive lists we have accumulated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not that we dislike anything, but in comparison with other solutions, SalesLoft is on the higher side as far as price is concerned. But, we have heard multiple success stories and that was enough motivation for us to pull the trigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flow of our sales process was minimal and non-existant prior to SalesLoft. Just simply deciding to use there software has encouraged us to reinvent our process for a better future.

It is worth the money, just commit and you wont regret!
Prospecting made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Previously, I used to have to do a great deal of manual processing to enter leads, call them, put notes, and the process just took very long. With Salesloft I can knock out call lists very quickly. It shows me info on the prospects I'm calling such as LInkedIn profiles, it's easy to schedule cadences and you can go through calling lists very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had to make changes to cadences and it hasn't always been smooth. I would like to see better when emails I had schedule to deploy to see the exact date/time prior to sending them. It's not easy to see which cadence day you're actually on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
prospecting for new customers. it's certainly easier with SalesLoft, you can set your own workloads and see where you are on a cadence. to me it makes prospecting easier
Recommendations to others considering the product:
having cold called in the early stages of my career and how easy the platform allows for you to do it now, I can definitely recommend this solution. It just makes cold calling easy

Outbound call tracking,cadences, email tracking, being able to categorize my leads and managing my leads properly. sales coaching helps me to know what my clear next step is.

I don,t dislike anything it helps me to be super sufficient in managing my accounts

I can pinpoint key companies and know exactly when its time to reach out again. track all correspondence with my accounts.

Importing contacts from Salesloft is very time consuming

keeping consistent touch patterns and A/B testing. I really like knowing when emails have been viewed or clicked on
Efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much time and energy calling by cadences saves me. It has really streamlined my work day. I am now able to work through so many more accounts. Thanks for helping me to be more efficient. The connection back and forth with Salesforce has worked great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actions forecast is a convenient way to check out the week ahead with a quick glance. I wish there was a way to click into the specific calls right from that page. Also, is there a quick way to mark multiple reminders completed at once? Or a quick way to complete multiple cadences at once? If so, make it easier to find. If not, please add those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has allowed me to work more efficient, allowing me to handle more accounts. The cadence move from call to email really helps me thoroughly reach out to all my accounts, but in the most efficient way possible. Thank you!
Great way to manage email communications
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I'm able to see when someone opens an email or forwards it
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured out yet how to use a template with Salesloft...may just be a training issue

Enables me to follow a cadence of communication more easily

I'm still learning but it seems relatively easy to use and learn so far

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is very easy to navigate, and makes my days at work much simpler. I can save my different cadences and easily switch between the different ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, who views my email isn't always accurate. It says someone viewed my emails when I click open the emails. I would think that feature would be more useful if it was completely accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft allos me to reach more people in a shorter period of time, which allows me to be more successful at my job. It is very easy to upload new people, and helps me keep track of my contacts in the most efficient and navigable way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely would recommend for people to use Salesloft, if an individual is reaching out to hundreds of people in a sales role at once.
Good Design and Features, Buggy and Unreliable
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to drive scale of outreach in a very efficient and measurable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buggy - the gmail plugin only works about 50% of the time e.g. half the time the salesloft pane on the right side doesn't populate with the contacts info so I have to refresh the page and/or close and reopen the salesloft window. The search functionality in the salesloft interface is buggy and unreliable. Lacks some basic features like being able to search people by state or city.

Allows me to prioritize and focus my outreach in a highly personalized and efficient manner.
