It might be on our end but I would prefer deeper restraints and permission levels on certain cadences.

We achieve a higher degree of consistency when we control our messaging to our clients.

Great for sending large amount of emails but has problems uploading contacts

I love how you can send emails at a large level. I also like that you can see if people are viewing or clicking your email.

The Iive feed section of Sales Loft seems to be slower and is not synched with my email

The time it takes to write emails. Saving time

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use of the platform. After fixing the SFDC integration, working out of Salesloft has never been easier for me. I now 3x my outreach with more personalization. One-stop view of my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too much. The only thing I dislike is that the Grammarly add-on messes up the message creation, and with English not being my first language, I heavily rely on spelling & grammar correction tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minimize the administrative work necessary in my SFDC instance. Through the automation rules, I am now able to book more meetings while keeping my supervisor happy with accurate forecasting and meeting productivity metrics.
We just started using the software as a team and not sure if we are utilizing features that well yet

I like our ability to track emails, the cadences you can set up to stay on track, and how you can manually change emails before they get sent out.

That we always have DNC when we import journeys. Very disruptive to our efficiency with the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive platform. It is easy to set up e-mail cadences and the sales tips and personality hints really help you craft personalized outreach. In addition to the ease of use, the platform provides amazing tools to help you analyze your work to improve messaging. You can set up A/B testing and to really quantify the effectiveness of your outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be more intuitive to be able to see the clicks/ views of specific e-mails. It would be easier to just be able to click on the views / clicks/ opens summary on the cadences page to get directed to a view of all the people who did actions on each specific e-mail/ cadence.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to create multiple step cadences that can be as personalized or automated as you would want it to be. It's extremely easy to use and also provides analytics for you to track your open rate and how many times someone clicks on content in the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can be backed up on cadences and have to manually extend the due date of the step or manually bypass a step. As a result, sometimes the data that the managers use for steps on time, etc is not completely accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're removing some of the thinking involved in selling and making sure that our prospects get outreached to by a certain minimum number of steps. This alleviates any human error of trying to manually track your follow ups which almost always results in leads that fall through the cracks and never get reached out to again after an initial touch.
