What do you like best about the product?
Functionality is simple to pickup and implement within days. Launch team was helpful in guiding our entire team through the adoption process. They tee'd us up for success using the tools and went above and beyond to help implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike, so I feel as though I'm reaching here for an answer. That said, it would be nice to see details of email replies in the Activity Feed of a contact record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiencies with prospecting and ongoing cadence assistance.

The ability to send and measure the success of many emails.

when finishing a cadence it automatically triggers next step. wish you could stay on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
volume is important in our work so need to be efficient in our outreach and ensure new staff are getting up to speed quickly.

Explore options. Salesloft has a lot of great functionality and reporting.

Setup is a little confusing at first. Not initially user-friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching more people through email and being able to send different emails to specific demographics. This has helped me create a personalized experience for my prospects.
An amazing tool for sales success!
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using SalesLoft, I have been using Salesforce as a CRM tool and to help me prioritise calling my prospects. However, with the advent of SalesLoft, a whole new world opened up for me with regards to the possibilities of contacting my prospects. I love the fact that I can create cadences and either automate emails or have an option to edit them and personalise them even more for each prospect. The integration with LinkedIn is great because it speeds up my research process massively and I can connect with prospects directly from there and stay connected with them so that they can see updates about my company. I love the dialler, it allows me to call prospects so quickly and efficiently go through the list. I also love the custom-built prospect record panel which allows me to quickly glean any news, competitive information or timezone of the prospect which allows me to prioritise calling in different countries. I also like the analytics feature that helps to assess the team performance as well as see which templates are high value. I also love being able to track my emails and seeing who is reading them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the timezones don't get automatically set based on the prospect location which means that I need to manually adjust them. Other than that, there is not much I don't like about the tool I can honestly say! I also will work with SalesLoft team to map phone number fields from Salesforce to SalesLoft in a better way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proactive outreach to my prospect base is the number one business benefit. Staying up to date with who is reading my email allows me to prioritise who to call next to follow up with and what kind of topics they are interested in. Keeping my finger on the pulse of what is going on in my territory. Being able to determine which stage of engagement I am in with each prospect and account that is currently attributed to me. Being able to quickly perform research on LinkedIn is very valuable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend this solution if you have high volumes of calls to make and emails to send and you want to implement a modern and easy to use platform which is also smart and can be integrated with other modern platforms (such as Salesforce CRM etc). This platform has a lot of potential and cool ways of using it which you can explore yourself or for / with your team. I love that it is also integrated with LinkedIn and so that means you can quickly find out more about prospects that you converse with and you can quickly prep before each call.

Weak analytics, hard to surface best cadences, unable to sort list by column, many technical breaks not infrequently.

What do you like best about the product?
SL is such an easy to use the tool, and serves as a reminder of where I am in prospecting each company. This is super helpful given how many companies I reach out to. The reporting and testing have helped me refine my skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection sometimes drops between SFDC, but this can be fixed easily, and you are alerted instantly.

Great for SDR teams
A highly efficient way to contact prospective clients and inbound enquiries
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add certain prospects to cadences and manage these from one place has dramatically improved our productivity levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to filter contacts within the platform due to the limited filtering options. This is limited to mainly Salesloft related filters rather than Salesforce attributed fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The difficulty in constantly monitoring business development reachouts and inbounds. Also this platform helps with monitoring the productivity of junior business development representatives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ideally you will need this with a CRM software and for best results, Gmail and Salesforce alongside it.
Great tool for email outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly respond to inbounds using templates and the integrations with Gmail
What do you dislike about the product?
The only option for purchasing is having a minimum of 3 users which was too many for us but the only way to implement the tool.

Salesloft ideally needs to be implemented alongside another CRM, for example Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I am new to the product and haven't discovered / used all the features, but I really like the Interface, it's clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still new to the product, nothing that I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of prospects, and what I am currently doing with them. Saves times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The software is easy to use and useful, clean UI, integrates well with salesforce & LinkedIn sales Navigator. Though I mainly use it for mass-mailing, and keepting track of the mails activity, and calls.
Great way to organise cadences
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very easy to understand, coming into a new role where using Salesloft is a large part of the day from never using it before it took me less than a week to get fully up to speed using the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It struggles with different people using the same email address. Day to day I am emailing medical secretaries who often look after multiple consultants, the software can get confused but by keeping a close eye on it this can be easily negated.

Provides a way to send multiple personalised emails and track results whilst building the cadence.
