Good analytics but not user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics tab is helpful for management. It seems like the platform was made for management and not actual SDRs. It is helpful for 1:1s to be able to dig into the metrics of each team member and see which email templates are working best, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of filters for the peoples tab. On Hubspot we could filter by people who had seen a demo, when they were last contacted, customers, etc but you can really just search by email domain and tag on Salesloft. It is also frustrating that you cannot reply back to an email directly on Salesloft and sometimes it will not log my email replies on the analytics tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft is allowing us to have a central platform to send our outreach and track outreach that our SDR team is doing to attorneys that we are reaching out to. The main benefits we have realized are the different metrics we can see into to get a better grasp on the outreach our team is doing, best times to email call/ etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More filters on people! More customization

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the cadence tab on the right the best. I don't have to open a bunch of new windows to sort through all of my contacts. The way it's laid out is very efficient for slicing and dicing through contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a lot more filters to sort through old contacts other representatives have worked through as well finding contacts. For example: city, state, success date, title, firm... The way hubspot has is more user friendly and allows you to get granular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problem of continued outreach for calling help expedite the process.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build out a cadence to easily stay on track
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function often is not able to find contacts or is buggy. I will have a search that wil show a contact while typing, but if I continue typing the name the contact will disappear
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased outreach for sales. Able to send more emails efficiently as well as increased call volume

What do you like best about the product?
The layout of the software is very easy to use. Great for tracking calls and emails on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the software freezes and I have restart chrome.

Productivity tracker with tracking phone, and email activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Costello (acquired by SalesLoft): I like the general structure of the product and how it assists in guiding sales folks through remembering to collect the right information as well as reducing the amount of administrative data entry and natural gaps in data completeness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costello (acquired by SalesLoft): I wish there was a way to format the questions/answers differently to make better use of screen space. I'd like to be able to do more when it comes to spacing between questions or columns so that I could better design my playbook to be fluid with a call's natural conversation vs. linear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Costello (acquired by SalesLoft): Data completeness and entry into Hubspot, training and reminders of best practices for any given call, assistance with drill down questions, and objection resolution

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of building and reporting on cadences makes it simple for both the Sales team and management to monitor the cadneces. This enables the Salesteam to concentrate on what they should be doing, SELLING!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to create bespoke reports from Salesloft in a simpler format than is currently available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Salesloft for activity across our sales campaigns. It has made the monitoring of our high level outreach a lot easier than the system we were using previously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Engage with your Account Manager - they are incredibly helpful and can give you all sorts of tips and tricks to make your Salesloft experience even better

What do you like best about the product?
Calls are clear, Cadences are simple and easy to understand and use, all round very happy with Salesloft
What do you dislike about the product?
do not dislike anything but there could be improvements around the analytic reporting as the format when exporting is not great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No business problems whatsoever we are very happy with Salesloft, if we do encounter a business challenge we will reach out to the technical support team who are very friendly and responsive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great Sales engagement tool, ease of use, very detailed cadences, call quality 100% would most deferentially recommend

What do you like best about the product?
Not that much. If I'm being honest. Hubspot and plenty of other apps are more useful to sales for email tracking purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most things. Lack of personalization and having to track my tasks from 2 places everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure we're solving anything
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not for sales, just SDR's. Sales needs to manage all contact through the channel and directly to the customer through the CRM

Automated emailing to help increase productivity!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use
Ability to track views and clicks on emails
Analytics to better understand trends
Being able to schedules emails at certain times and adding different steps between (i.e. connecting on LinkedIn, Calls, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Although SalesLoft has some amazing features, the user interface can be confusing at times. Additionally, I've had issues with the LinkedIn Sales Navigation integration not working properly (i.e. the contact provided is not the correct person).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great tool to help stay organized. With automated emails and call steps, reps can spend more time on prospecting rather than the administrative aspect. Understanding which prospects are opening emails and clicking content within, helps reps target prospects who are more likely interested in our product than others.
