SalesLoft is a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can quickly automate a bunch of outbound tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. Everything works very smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft helps me rapidly reach out to clients in an efficient manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Read the FAQs and look up tutorial videos if you have questions.
Get it or get lost
What do you like best about the product?
Without Salesloft our teams were wandering in the dark. Lost. Very little verifiable data to improve upon, little ability to track what works and what doesn't. Wish Salesloft, these are no longer issues, we're stronger and better and more agile because of this one tool. It's incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly? Nothing thus far. Every person on their team, every feature, and the functionality is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics, outreach, email tracking, efficiency.
Business Development Representative
What do you like best about the product?
The database is easy to use and explanatory
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of entry barrier is prohibitive when it comes to getting multiple categories of contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of reps not getting their own meetings.
Great for Hunting my Prospects
What do you like best about the product?
I love the feature that shows when someone opens or clicks on my content. Adding variance into cadences also allows me to split test different messages. Great for A/B testing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding teammates cadences seems a bit tricky. I know there are colleagues who have templates that I can't seem to find - which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft allows me to have a consistent process for outreach to prospects. The template section it has allows me to use small snippets and include that in outreach if needed.
Great for orchestrating campaign follow-up
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a great way for my demand gen team to orchestrate integrated campaign follow-up with my sales team. You can easily create simple messaging cadences and follow-up touchpoints. You can review results on performance and see how many prospects have cycled through the cadence with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to see what specific step each prospect is in and on what day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and marketing alignment, fast follow-up on time-sensitive events, ability to control sales outreach messaging
The best sales tool out
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has a ton of different features that can help a sales team. So many, that I certainly won't use them all. Setting up cascades and template emails that are customizable to specific clients is a huge plus. It's a clean platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit difficult to understand at first. There should be a click to call feature (without the right click first). Some of the features seem a bit redundant, like modifying the sale based on their social media. Considering most of the leads I contact are small businesses some of the tools are useless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Approaching potential clients from many different avenues. One of the most difficult things about my job is juts getting florists to understand we're different from what they're used to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the demonstration and you'll be sold
Very good tool for Prospecting Sales Reps
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft really helps me to automate my outbound email activities and generate more lead for myself. Honestly, I can't imagine living without it. It also helps me test different messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about SalesLoft is that when I'm in Salesforce, I can't see the cadence steps. In general, I wish there was very visibility in Salesforce as to what's happening in my SalesLoft instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an outbound "hunter" I'm able to generate more leads for myself faster with SalesLoft than without,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about mapping out your Cadences.
Salesloft-not the best but it works
What do you like best about the product?
I think that Crystal is actually very helpful, when it applies to the contact which is not often.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use of tags instead of true filters to search through contacts. Even simple things like there not being a back button on contacts--you have to push the internet back button 2-3 times. Also searching is very finicky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally as an SDR have not benefitted from the move to Salesloft from Hubspot. However, my managers love the analytics that to me have little relevancy.
Great for enabling sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
We have control over the sales follow-up, and can also connect marketing campaigns to salesloft to enable sales to be a part of the conversion process as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training definitely leaves gaps. There's quite a few nuances that you're not told about during training, and then it screws up your entire workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Controlling follow-up to allow for less rejection of leads or leads slipping through the cracks. Less admin-type of work for sales teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Discuss your use cases with your onboarding specialist. Make sure your data in SFDC is clear. Solidify workflow processes before rolling out to Sales.
I used Salesloft to track calls and emails sent to prospects
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the cadence feature, that allows you to upload lists and automatically add them to a workflow of emails and calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to internal security, Salesloft required me to re-sign into my gmail account very frequently. Instead of being able to hit "send all" on a cadence, it stopped after a few emails and makes me sign in before continuing to send then rest of the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking calls and emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to spend time on the implementation to ensure ease of use and tracking in your CRM. Make sure all of the fields and values are consistent with your CRM.
