Sales Account Executive
What do you like best about the product?
The Live Feed, Cadences and integration with Salesforce are by far the best I have experienced with any solution out there. The User Interface is very friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some times that an email sent via the SaleLoft plug-in to Outlook will not fully send, although I am not sure if this is an Outlook or SalesLoft problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting leads and contacts on email cadences was a time-intensive and inefficient process prior to implementing SalesLoft. The benefits to this are ensuring my clients receive timely emails and updates and knowing when they receive them

Email tracking as well as scheduling emails

It seems to crash a decent amount, when this happens i can not perform my job

I am able to reach more contacts at a more efficient level
Excellent fit for Prospecting Teams
What do you like best about the product?
We've found cadences and the dialer to be the biggest productivity improvement. The real secret sauce is that the system ensures that our sales reps are taking the steps necessary to land meetings. In today's world it takes 8-13+ touches to land a qualified sales opportunity and 40%+ of sales reps give up after the first attempt. The system breaks prospecting down to a science that can be easily repeated. The set up was extremely easy. The support and implementation teams have been fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small hiccups here and there which is to be expected with any software platform. The SalesLoft connect plug-in for the outlook client (not O365 - haven't tested that much yet) needs a lot of work or to be taken down as it has caused more harm then good. Fixing that would be a huge help. Specifically, there were failed emails and some formatting issues that came out of that which caused major heartburn. Besides that we've been happy with the platform to date and support has been able to very quickly handle any small issues that arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reps are asked to prospect regularly along with their other responsibilities. The business problem we had was that it was very hard to understand best practices for prospecting and to ensure all reps had the right tools & messaging to prospect effectively. We've already seen an uptick in pipeline and have identified several deals that have closed for significant revenue using the system. The reps who identified those deals were on steps 6, 7, 8+ and I have to think that if we didn't have this system there is a good chance we wouldn't have landed that initial meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft is a very organized software that's great for keeping track of sales metrics for our Business Development team. It is helpful to track productivity and ensure that our team is hitting all marks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little slow to load pages and difficult to find the metrics I am looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit I have realized is that it is great to be able to track productivity within our team for calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The Personalized Cadences, organization of prospects, and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editing process within the cadences, process of bringing leads back into cadences

We are able to better understand the success of our inside sales team and optimize towards more catered messaging.

Emails have a tendency to bounce because of the email tracker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Loft is a great tool to help manage the clients that I need to be in constant contact with. It allows me to easily track my, and others communication with that person. Being able to track those communication patterns allows us to keep our Sales Force data clean and organized. We also use the data to keep track of people our business development team contacts so they can get paid according to effort and productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very good tool for organizing and tracking cadences for company contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see who reads your emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you randomly prevent emails from being sent when there is no "opt out"

How to make a lot of calls in a short amount of time.
SalesLoft makes life easy.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration in to SalesForce is by far the best feature. The link within Salesforce makes life so much easier to add leads to cadences.

There is very little I find myself disliking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to gauge what type of outreach is effective, and which type isn't working. Thus I can focus my efforts to produce results.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and customization of cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email "view" seems to not be as accurate as I wish it was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems solved - Maximizing outreach. Benefits I have realized - How come I did not have this solution sooner!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do not understand how other companies in Sales/Marketing do not use this tool. This has increased sales and marketing material in a customized fashion. The ease of use is a huge bonus. This solution is a no brainier and I wish I had it at my last organization.
