Salesloft is great
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track/plan outbound reach on a daily basis, see and share performance

The cost — expensive for a small team; ended up switching to another platform

Being able to do outreach to prospects in large batches
Helping entry-level and veteran sales people alike refine their craft!
What do you like best about the product?
As I tend to ramble on sales calls, I love having a core set of talking points/questions to refer to make certain that I am capturing all of the key information necessary to ensure a smooth handoff to Territory Managers allowing them to maximize their effectiveness on full-scale demo calls. I like being able to add my personality/spin on discovery calls while still capturing the pertinent info.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I have very little to say negatively regarding Costello. My only constructive criticism at this juncture would be a slightly cleaner pull into Salesforce for recall and prep purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest business problem that this product solves for our organization is the issue of Territory Managers getting pulled into calls with prospects that are in no position to ultimately move into a closed deal. It also helps standardize the process across our company's BDR function.
Quick Value Creation, Easy Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Costello provides an easy and organized way to capture the key information needed in my calls/demos. By working with their team, we have built a great playbook to help our team collect the intelligence needed to move our deals through the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not had any distaste towards their product other than waiting for certain elements to be developed further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce organization is key. We have cleaned up our sales process tremendously in a very short period of time.
Salesloft is great for manager, not so great for actual users

The analytics on it are amazing for managers to keep track of their teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters are not a good way to filter down contacts, hubspot definitely does it better, by allowing you to filter by email domain, last reached date and many more. It is also very glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking overall outreach and lead generation. The main benefit has been able to keep track of the analitics of large teams!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for managers, just implement in smaller groups at a time. You will love the analytics as a manager.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales leader, I love the ability to see who on my teams is getting to their activity goals and how that translates into revenue generation. We've integrated SL into our overall sales process from dialer to our email cadences and post-sale follow up. Ultimately, the platform has allowed us to prospect 3X what we could do previously by loading in past customer data from several years ago. And we're bringing those customers back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love a little tighter integration into CRM to make process seamless.

Salesloft allows my team to get through more leads in a given day.
It is important to my team to follow up with leads promptly and cadences allow us to do this. Everyone being able to share templates is also a huge win!

I don't think the analytics are too valuable vs. what I already have in Salesforce. They seem so be more vanity metrics than anything else.

Sales loft allows you to manage leads any stay on top of them in an effective and efficient way. Analyzing the cadences allows us to figure out the most effective way to reach out to our customers

It would be nice if some emails sent automatically, I think this would make some of our daily functions easier

Sales loft has signals that show that a lead has responded, this allows you to make less errors or bring past knowledge into the conversation with a potential client
Powerful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has an easy to use dashboard and easy to view tabs to keep track of previous outreach, notes, and recorded calls. This makes outreach simple and seamless!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Salesloft has outages and lagging during prime business hours. This can impact productivity, but the outages are typically short.
It's difficult to manage prospects and I think there could be easier to track hot prospects with improved analytics.

Automating the day-to-day operations of outreach and managing the steps necessary to discover cold leads that are sales-qualified opportunities.
Using salesloft we have improved volume of outreach and have achieved quarter after quarter record in number of qualified opportunities generated for our account executives.

SalesLoft - Great Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft makes it easy and convenient for enrolling prospects in sales cadences to prospect out too. Their ability to link with your CRM (Salesforce) and set up API rules allows for consistent data across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more reporting tools to keep track of what prospects you have in cadence when looking multiple days ahead. For example, it is tough to see what cadence steps you will have open the next day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft help keeps my activity on track and keeps up with sales goals by enabling me to enroll prospect into cadence steps for call, emails, etc. This helps ensure I am hitting my prospects an appropriate amount of times over a given time period.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have adequate resources to set up API with CRM to get the most out of the platform.

Cadences- clear consistent customized and trackable steps

Tedious importing from SalesForce. Is there a way to import hundreds of contacts from SalesLoft at once?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Punctuality and personalization. Cadences allow for perfect punctuality and easy to use logging, notes, tracking and vidyard give me opportunities to make my message personal. I will say the opportunity to use vidyard sets me apart as a leader among competition.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product doubles my productivity because it allows me to set a cadence for one day that includes a call and an email. Additionally, I can send 100+ emails with embedded videos nonetheless all at the same time with 1 click!!
