I've had a great experience with salesloft.
What do you like best about the product?
With great integrations with my phone system, Gmail, and Salesforce, I save a lot of time. (Plus the email analytics are nice to have also.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email functionality is slow and the Salesforce data logging can be laggy. Not sure if the fault is theirs or mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time and am better organized.

data. making data driven decisions around my sales process. I have data on demo to close and all my sales activities

they learning curve is a bit steep. i wish there was more training on the product.

better close ratio on my demos, i am lowering my call to demo ratio as well which is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
worth the investment, go all in on the data that salesloft provides. extremely insightful product offering and very competitive

Love scheduling emails to send at certain times of day, within a sequence and as one-offs
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the SFDC plug-in won't allow me to send emails, so I have to copy-paste and send from gmail

Tight integration with Salesforce. It's very easy to manage large lists of prospects.

Nothing. This product is terrific, and the tight integration with Salesforce makes it easy to transfer information back and forth between Salesforce and other systems.

Increased productivity for my job, which makes it easier and helps me hit my targets.

Prospecting. I learned how to prospect on Outlook. Salesloft is easier to use and I don't know how I'd prospect without it

Automates my cadences and puts all my steps in one easy-to-read place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a view similar to Salesforce when you search for a lead or account. For example, if you searched an account, it would be nice to have all leads at that account pop up with information displayed in rows.

It allows you to be efficient in and keep up with outreach.

SFDC integration can have hiccups and the email tracking seems iffy.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes my life so much easier by organizing my correspondence and saves me from embarrassingly sending too many/few messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could use a tune up - integrating lofts with salesforce is a bit tedious
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now more effectively communicating with clients and prospects, eliminating the over delivery of emails and better spacing between messages. I see and hear positive feedback from our clients as a result.
