Very inforamative
What do you like best about the product?
Cadences, and insight info into clicks and views
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the most user friendly at times, especially when cancelling cadences etc

functionality, integrations, customization.

Ease of use. You can 100% build out your own process and share process/templates with your teammates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
outreach. contact with prospects increases following guided team steps within shared cadences. track success rates with certain automated emails.
Super tool that helps me perform at a high level.

SalesLoft allows me to be extra efficient and organized in my prospecting efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it makes life so easy that I go in "auto pilot mode. With self control you can avoid it.

Prospecting and qualifying potential customers.
An efficient, time saving, activity slaying machine
What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft ability to keep all of my cadences and outreach organized is the most underrated value it has. Being able to email mass amounts of people is great and important but it doesn't mean anything if you have no way to keep up to date with all of that out reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
All I dislike is that when I copy and paste things into messages it can cause problems many times. As well if I insert a template it will create a brand new email thread instead of chaining it to the original, which is not helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us solve our ability to be efficient in our outreach as well as helping us track the success of certain types of messages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using salesloft, our company and team have seen record numbers coming from the SDR org and it would not be possible without the help of Salesloft

Sometimes the calls that are recorded are choppy

bbuilding cadences has been greeat wtih salesloft, it seems to keep me organized

Just give it a try, it's great! It really makes things easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety it offers. You can build multiple cadences, snippets, templates etc. There a lots of things that make allow you to be more productive with your time. You are able to build external campaigns and track these within Salesloft using reporting which is effective when looking at how successful they are and planning for new campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, contacts from different accounts overlap, mixing contact information from different people. Salesforce and Salesloft do not always sync, so you have to update both platforms which is very time-consuming and quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity is higher. It allows you to structure your day and gives you visibility on what tasks you need to complete and when. It gives you visibility on the number of contacts you are speaking with in a certain business and is also easy to track your outbound communications.

It is a great tool to use for Sales teams to help with productivity and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, fast an reliable. The features are useful and clearly designed for salespeople in mind. I can focus more on connecting with prospecting rather than worrying about workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great tool all around, hard to find something to dislike. At times the system can slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales automation tool that enables our outbound prospecting teams to be as productive as possible.
I like Salesloft in general.

I like the ability to track my emails and cadences in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the level of granularity it provides when it comes to tracking details. This is a tool for SDR's and my role is geared to existing customers. Getting this setup with cadences and groups is a huge task. You may need to hire someone just to get this up and running initially. Once that is complete- you are golden!

SalesLoft helps to generate new business efficiently. You can reach thousands of prospects using a process that requires minimal effort.
Unbelievable Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to re-use prospecting temples and event invites. Also the ability to schedule emails to be sent at a later time
What do you dislike about the product?
When you view your sent emails it makes it seem like the person you sent it to viewed them and it gets confusing because you have to drill into it and see if it was you or them viewing. Also does not integrate with your CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out more emails using less-time.
SalesLoft has helped me throw a much bigger net than I am able to by just by calls and follow ups.
What do you like best about the product?
The To Do list when you first log on to SalesLoft. Helps not forget about anything or anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the cap on the amount of people you can add at a time. I really do not see the value in kingmaker 10 spread sheets to upload 10,000 contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows for constant touch across many accounts/different situations. It can also run in the back ground while you keep up with the day-to-day operations.
