What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft has the best integration with gmail and the best interface for running cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes there are integration issues with gmail. It can take up too much space in the toolbar and I can't use some of the formatting tools.

I've used YesWare and Tout in the past, this is the most seamless integration and user interface of the 3
Sales Engagement Platform, Good for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Enables sales development representatives to make a high volume of calls and emails while remaining personable. Very user friendly and easy to learn. Reasonable price. Great to view activity and success by team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not available as a single license, they have a minimum spend of around 7K each year which comes out to I think 4-5 licenses per month. They do not have a good system for fixing bounced emails, you have to unenroll manually and re-enroll and Salesloft doesn't tell you when a bounce occurred. No phone support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating more meetings with potential prospects. Benefits are increased productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great if you have Salesforce and 3 or more SDRs
Great for A/B Testing
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales rep, I'm always A/B testing my outreach efforts. With Salesloft I can easily track response and open rates letting me know what works and what does not. I love their Gmail plug-in and the local dial is an absolute must for SDRs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using the tool for 2 years and have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesloft every day for Meeting Intelligence and Email Tracking. The ability to look back on a meeting and analyze what you can do better is invaluable.
Must have for any sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Activity is recorded and synced to SFDC. No more data/duplicate data entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using SalesLoft for a few years. No gripes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving efficiency and driving more revenue through more meetings/conversations.
Absolutely Love Salesloft
What do you like best about the product?
Outbound sales can be a real tough job and salesloft makes everything SO much easier to handle. Instead of using spreadsheets to figure out who I need to call/email next, making cadences make it fun, easy, and effective to track my outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much that I dislike when it comes to Salesloft. Only thing I would recommend is some sort of integration with Facebook and/or LinkedIn. In my outreach, I'm doing calls, emails and sometimes FB and LinkedIn messages. Would be really beneficial to have those as an available step as opposed to just "other".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everything in line in terms of outreach. Sometimes I don't know if people have responded to a call or email and it's really easy to track everything in Salesloft and even better it communicates with Salesforce.

Take advantage of all it offers. Always finding new things under the hood.

Occasionally the SFDC integration will fail and have to upload tasks one at a time.

Able to quickly contact new accounts within minutes with a call and email.

Really easy to use Enablement Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a user for the past 2 years. The platform allows you to easily create outreach structures, cadences. We highly customize our outreach and it has been easy to scale. The integrations with other solutions allow us to work fast and improve our overall productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the analytics were a little more in depth to review with my team. They have made improvements over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can organize our outreach on a per account basis an we are delivering a consistent message throughout the team. We have a consistent workflow from sourcing a net new name to execution of a message and it is really easy with Salesloft's integrations. If a new rep is hired, we can have them up and running in our process quickly. We understand what is working and what is not and are always making improvements to our messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track progress within prospecting cadences is phenomenal. It helps the sales person like me maintain and build a steady pipeline in order to achieve my sales goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration between SFDC and Salesloft could be a little better. It's great as is but there are a couple minor things that could be improved.

We were looking for a sales automation tool to help with prospecting and follow up cadence. We solved that.
Great Outbounding Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The contact view before making calls, makes it very easy to understand your contacts before calling them

Can have a slow load time, causing delays for our outbounding/call efforts
