What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for automating e-mails campaigns and building call lists for our BDRs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a delay in the activities getting logged in Salesforce. Also, I wish the mobile app let you hit "Run" on e-mail cadences. As of July 2020, it only let's you make dials and view the live feed. Sending e-mails is my favorite part of SalesLoft and it'd be nice to see that added to the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft allows me to touch more customers and prospects than I could manually. Close to 50% of our Closed Won business in FY18 started from SalesLoft campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need a tool like this. Not doing targeted email campaigns is not an option and relying on reps to do old school mail merges is risky.
Salesloft has definitely helped making my sales performance more productive and more efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
Loved the Steps that could help sending follow up emails or reminders, and the reports shows the holistic view of the status which I can clearly see who has responded, clicked, opened.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wasn't able to create a meeting "event" which could associate with my calendar invite and there's no option to create a hyperlink from the picture when attached
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could easily import leads into Salesloft from Salesforce, the filter option to disallow duplicate emails is also one of the important feature to avoid sending repeated mails.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, the concept of cadences or sending emails in an organized way or email sequencing is good. Once must push out the sequences. You can burn through list of contacts. Good integrations with Salesforce and Discoverorg which we use here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does have too many options which may require too many clicks, they can certainly automate call dispositions with buttons and catalog or tag them also based on preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goal is to drive pipeline and link to Salesforce

If you have salesforce and Discoverorg then it works.
Cadence creation with ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create and manage a cadence of contact methods quickly and easily. The process is simple and well managed. Even calling with a dialer is supported and incredibly easy to move from one contact to the next.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish there were more options to separate or categorize better or worse candidates as I move along the cadence; rather than keeping them all within the same groupings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cadence creation and management of large contact groups quickly and efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
definitely give it a shot if you are in the market for something that will allow cadence creation and usage. I really love it and rely on it on a daily basis.
Double threat: taking the guess work from a rookie sales team, or empowering your rockstars.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a super flexible software that can be used however best meets the needs of your team. Gives leadership more control of how to prospect effectively, but can also be used by individuals that want to work smarter not harder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Big kink in the system that I fight internally (for you SalesLoft - so I hope you're listening...) it can be Very cumbersome when adding a new contact during specific average workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives management more control of pipeline (prospecting stage) management, including dial frequency, email frequency, and verbiage used in company prospect emails. Also offers call recording, and whisper capabilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool, and believe the output of value outweighs some of the shortcomings and difficulties. If your expectations are: control of dial frequency, control of email frequency and language, and solid recording/reporting/whisper, you'll be satisfied.
Excellent platform for high level outreach.
What do you like best about the product?
The cadence structuring tool is great. You are able to create simple or complex cadences easily, with multiple steps including emails, calls and social touches. Thes can be created over a number of days and weeks. Another plus is the integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This makes it easy to connect with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes notifications can be annoying, especially when the recipient has forwarded the email to colleagues. Also, sometimes emails won't go through certain filters due to the downloadable pixel that creates the 'read' report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High-level outreach has increased dramatically. More meetings are being booked daily from cold calls and emails. Great for B2B sales

Absolutely recommend Salesloft. Use it everyday and you will see an increase in First Customer Meetings.

Sometimes the page auto refreshes causing work that hasn't be save to be lost/

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create and use cadences to ensure that you're executing your intended prospecting campaign. It facilitates sales engagement for my team, helping them stay on track while spending minimal time on low-value organizational tasks. From a manager perspective, it gives me easy snapshot views to my teams activity. Syncing data with Salesforce, our system of record, ensures that our team always has the latest relevant information about recent activity with a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting capabilities have improved since we first implemented SalesLoft. Still, we sometimes use Salesforce reporting to analyze SalesLoft data because the reporting capabilities are more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SalesLoft for our SDR team. I can't imagine not having it. Along with Salesforce, SalesLoft is the foundation for our outbound sales program. We also started using SalesLoft for customer engagement this past year. We're leveraging cadences, and emails specifically, to send out regular newsletter communications to our customer email database. We've found that the seamless integration with Outlook and the staggered execution of email steps make our delivery rate much higher than it would be using a traditional marketing automation platform. We're able to use it for a more tailored list that will still complete sending within a couple of hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The fast growth of SalesLoft can be attributed to the fact that it's a good product from a company with strong customer commitment. It's become a more important operational tool in our company than Salesforce, to be honest. Our outbound sales team relies on SalesLoft to execute their work, and as a manager, I rely on it to help my team stay productive. I simply cannot imagine running sales operations without it.

There's only one integration missing and I understand they can't have them all but I wish they had bombbomb integrated in
