What do you like best about the product?
I'm a huge fan of Costello's recently-added "add-to-Salesforce" feature. I've found it super useful when speaking with customers that have added team members who I'm meeting for the first time on the call!
What do you dislike about the product?
In all honesty... I have a hard time stating that there's anything about Costello that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alignment with introductions and periodic (6-/3-month from renewal calls) check-in calls is an absolute breeze with Costello!

Making the Push

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft's biggest strength is its App Ecosystem combined with automation to produce customization at scale. The App Ecosystem provides tools that integrate seamlessly into SalesLoft and Salesforce, enabling users to personalize messages at mass and deliver them through a variety of forms.

By providing a number of intelligence solutions like Owler, Twitter, and LinkedIn Navigator in one place it increases efficiency allowing our reps to spend as much they need per prospect. This empowers reps to act in their own decentralized manner depending on bandwidth and experience to who gets the most personalization. This personalization is delivered in combination with many different types of engagement to drive conversions.

Finally, the App Ecosystem alows SalesLoft to address its own platforms weaknesses by integrating with tools that specialize. For example, SalesLoft’s calendar did not provide the booking functionality PandaDoc required. But Chili Piper, a tool within the App Ecosystem, did.

This makes SalesLoft an extremely versatile prospecting platform that can be used by more than just SDRs and AEs. PandaDoc currently has 6 teams using SalesLoft ranging from generic users, marketing and sales, to billing and product.

In combination with our other tools, SalesLoft and its App Ecosystem make up what our Co-Founders call “The Deal Room” - giving PandaDoc’s individual contributors a head and shoulders advantage over any competitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesLoft’s biggest weaknesses are:
- The dialer
Every day I hear from our SDRs/AEs about the dialer. If you plan to use it I recommend you get the package to have your dialer optimized. There is always the solution of using another tool for just calls, but we haven’t gone there yet.
- UX + Reporting
Automation rule logic is a little strange because of how the UX is set up. Once you figure it out, it's easy. I know you can use tags but there is still no easy way to see replies, clicks, and opens. I would also like to filter by field.
- CRM Sync
Know that SalesLoft does not have API limits so if you are mass uploading it can blow things up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can read PandaDoc’s case study for SalesLoft to see the benefits :)

https://salesloft.com/resources/case-study/pandadoc-grows-acv/

But the ability to have a centralized prospecting tool that can what I need or integrates with another tool that can empowers our 6 teams to crush their goals.

Combine that functionality with world-class support, governed by a customer-centric business philosophy, and driven by awesome employees (I think I have been engaged with 12+ members of the SalesLoft Team), and you have one heck of a company.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. It's fast and easy to get someone started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, only reason to not get this platform is if you need for automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to more prospects and ensuring opportunities do not slip through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use! Easily gave me back 15+ hours in my week to focus on revenue-generating activities. Eliminated having to update Salesforce activity to keep track of my outreach with customers and prospects. Also loved the integration with other software I was using in my role (i.e. LinkedIn & ZoomInfo).
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no dislikes towards this product. It was able to do everything I needed it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Time management
-Streamlined outreach & engagement with prospects and customers
-Eliminated time wasted on non-revenue generating task (i.e. updating activity in Salesforce).

Streamline your outreach

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to fire off a large number of emails and manage the different contact points that you can use to reach out to a prospect. Great way to organize a sequence of different contact points in one place without organizing a list of tasks per contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it does not track lead stage in other CRM platforms from the interactions recored in sales loft. An example would be when you get an email response it still leave the contact as a new lead and not moved further along in the lead stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater number of outreach allowing to increase the odds of booking more meetings and growing the number of opportunities.

Ok tool, but there are better options out there.

What do you like best about the product?
The cadences feature seemed to work ok for mass outreach. the email templates were easy to update and the cadences themselves were simple to program and plan out.
What do you dislike about the product?
overall, there were some limitations that were cumbersome. there is no way to pull up all your contacts for the day and rank them. there was no mass view to weed out any leads that did not meet qualification. When looking into a specific lead, there were additional clicks that needed to be made to find the company web address. the call log feature was not straight forward - just logging the call was not enough, one had to choose success. There was no way to place a call, log and then remove from cadence. you could either log and then look up customer to remove, or remove without logging call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesloft was being used and a prospecting sales tool. By creating the cadences, the plan was to nurture the leads received and obtain an initial meeting. The benefit was that the tool could mass email leads and prepare for sales rep to reach out
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would look into what purpose this tool is being utilized. there are some benefits as it can mass email and contact potential leads, but there are also some things it lacks to make it a powerful outreach tool.
