A need for any organization with SDRs
What do you like best about the product?
Platform designed for SDRs to work out of along with added benefits for AEs. A major sales enablement tool that is needed for organizations to help scale their sales team. Salesloft lays out daily tasks in an easy and digestible way. Plus, customer service for Salesloft is top notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some little features that I wish were available like Admins being able to reset a user's password. It can be resource intensive so sometimes it can slow down a computer with multiple tabs open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Salesloft to help scale our SDR team and having needed analytics to see how reps are performing. Our AE team also uses Salesloft to help keep up with pipeline and follow-ups. Overall, it has been a needed part of our sales stack to scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your team is looking to set a strong foundation for SDR/AE work then having a tool like Salesloft is needed. Salesloft definitely has had a positive impact in the efficiency of our reps and overall operational efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, I was seeking a lead management platform that was user friendly and could be immediately activated amongst a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting functionality is not as detailed as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Management and email campaigns/cadences for outbound prospecting.
250 Calls a day through sales loft, runs like a monster!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the quick calling and versatile dispositions. Helps me and my team keep track of all our calls and notes in one central place. I prefer the lightning version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls can be static on the recipient's end, but it might be our wifi. When scrolling through big lists it tends to slow down. Other than those two problems its amazing!

Tons of dials every day = more prospects!

What do you like best about the product?
Automation, Business Intelligence, workflow and structure. Hands down the best tool that i've ever used for managing outreach efforts and cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe there are any negative things I can say regarding this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe when busy seasons arrive, much can be lost in transition with connecting with customers and following up on leads. SalesLoft is key for managing that because there are no limitations for profiling customers and creating reminders to optimize contact workflow
Increased number of discovery calls product demos through cadences
What do you like best about the product?
Cadence driven emailing with a mixture of social media, lead tracking on sales navigator and the ability to track clicks and include video content via Vidayrd integration
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot include graphics in the main body of emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Poor sales conversion figures and a low value pipeline were problems solved with SalesLoft. We've seen an increase in the number of product demos we deliver monthly and consequently, an increase in our sales volume

Throw yourself into the product and it's potential to transform how you deliver your Sales function

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SL is able to track my prospects and links with our SalesForce. We're able to see when people reply, bounce, etc. so I don't have to swtich back and forth between platforms OR go through emails to find what they said. It's ready to be able to just have everything right there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't inport Organizaitons to a cadence, but I don't think that's something we can change. Sometimes it's hard to filter contacts for a cadence and requires more time (outside of salesloft) to import onto set cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has provided us with a platform to track our productivity, see when people are most likely to answer the phone (based on personal stats -- which is extremely beneficial), and allows us to pin point where/what we need to work on based on the analytics. It's great to be able to see each team member and also ourselves with each step and successes.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule emails to be sent in the future, see the history of conversations via email, calls, and the calls are recorded so you can listen back to old conversation
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people who reply are not removed from cadences, and I think there can be a better way to edit which step people are in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
outreach quality and quantity has greatly improved and sending hundreds of emails in one day is much less time consuming

What do you like best about the product?
The process is completely personalized. You create your template, you develop a cadence to contact clients and prospective clients and you choose the number, kind and frequency of touches. The system reminds you each day if you have a task to perform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any issues yet that caused problems, So far, so good!

Organization, discipline, making the process simple

The cadence capability for hitting calls and achieving daily metric targets

Should be able to follow up on an email sent from SL in person profile instead of having to do so through gmail or elsewhere

BDR Review of SalesLoft
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard and cadence features make it very easy for me to plan out my day and stay on top of active prospects I am reaching out to. Helps to ensure I am staying organized and that no one is falling through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with Linkedin Sales Navigator. It would be amazing if I could send prospects Linkedin in-mail without leaving the contact page in SalesLoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using SalesLoft on our business development team to increase the daily outreach to prospects. I have certainly achieved higher outbound calls/e-mail numbers just because I have those individuals loaded into cadences and I am reminded to reach out to them.
