Salesloft is a key tool for 48in48
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating a cadence. And snippets, those are great, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to pull specific analytics - who opened the email, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need more applicants to our program. Using Salesloft, we are increasing those signups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesloft is well designed, well supported and easy to use. This is a valuable product. Definitely worth the price.
Great Sales Tracking Software
What do you like best about the product?
The cadences are easy to build and running them even easier. Interop with SFDC and LinkedIn brings the two biggest tools I use, simplifies note tracking and connecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see persistent notes based on company. On many calls I either have pre-researched notes or discover more during the call. Currently the notes load under the task (call, email etc). It would be nice to be able to update company notes so as I am prospecting I have all the pertinent info right in front of me from contact to contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing prospecting conversations.

If you are looking for a sales tracking software with usable metrics, get on board.

What do you like best about the product?
It just works! With SalesLoft, there's no reason to not be achieving a high number of call & email outreach activities. They've also made it easy to gain valuable/personalization data on each contact, just as you're about to call or email!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dialler can be a bit glitchy, but it's been a non-existent issue in recent months. I'd also like to see a feature to allow for team, or two-person email cadences. This would be especially helpful for co-selling/prospecting with my Account Executive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining an accurate database of original prospect email/call communication, and increasing our daily call volume - SalesLoft makes it easy to simultaneously call & read about each contact!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product is extremely easy for teams to adopt. Once you do adopt SalesLoft, it will very quickly be at the core of your sales outreach & communication.

It solves a lot of usability problems when trying to implement processes in Salesforce.
Few sales people love using salesforce, it creates a lot of challenges to user processes and to tracking if users are following a business' process.

What do you dislike about the product?
From a data management perspective it's very weak. If I were to really encourage my sales team to work 100% from salesloft then it needs more admin functionality around data - field types, validation rules etc. which is a pity because if the did work completley within salesloft I'm sure they would save much time each week but I can't sacrifice the data hygiene.
Reports are nice but could be better.
Chrome plugin could be better in terms of offering insights without having to go into salesloft.

Great Sales Automation Toolset
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set up and manage a team or individual cadence that includes a phone, email and other steps with Ease. This allows for the team leaders to set up team cadences as a first step and then the individuals have the ability to copy and modify it for themselves individually, allowing for much greater personalization per prospect list being targeted.
Also the ability to use the tool for more than just Sales. I manage the Customer Success team and we use the tool to send out emails and make phone calls to our customers, which extremely helpful for tracking response/open rates for CS material.
One final note is that you get out what you put in with this software. If you are not willing to take the time to build out good content, emails, call scripts, then this tool is not going to magically get you more sales. It will make it so your sales team to be effective in less time with the material that you provide in the system.

One final note is that you get out what you put in with this software. What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Salesforce and semi-complicated contacts/accounts model makes for quite a few extra steps around keeping the database clean. There is no way to merge a duplicate contact record, meaning if there is an error in importing, you end up having to manually deleting one of the records.

Outbound sales prospecting is our use case and the ability to have multiple levels of personalization allows us to tackle Account Based Selling with ease.

If you need phone and email in automated cadences for your Sales Team, than Salesloft does the job great.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to easily add inbound leads in a cadence really helps my daily routine as a Sales Development Representative. The feature to automate a step is very helpful, so I don't have to spend much time sorting the emails to unqualified leads and spend valuable time taking care of potential customers. I've also included a Calendly link inside my cadences, so I'd have a cadence with CTA's and another without CTA's.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issues are not with the platform itself, but with its integration with Salesforce. Sometimes when you put a lead on a cadence, it doesn't change the lead status on SalesForce (even when the cadence settings are set to do so). So you'd have to keep track of it manually. Not sure if the problem would be with the Salesloft platform, but rather with the SalesForce integration and ability to keep track of the status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our Inbound flow that is completed in very little time compared to the amount of work we'd have if that had to be done manually. The SalesForce integration also helps a lot in the process, making it a lot easy to mass import the leads directly to the SalesLoft platform and then send the emails from there. Doing so, saves us time to do some Linkedin social selling as well as outbound prospection more often in our daily routine.

Great All-in-one Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and connectivity of SalesLoft. The ability to record my calls and have everything automatically logged in Salesforce is invaluable. Whenever things don't work as planned, Salesloft support has been very helpful and replies quickly. I also like being able to link with Linkedin Sales Navigator, to contact potential clients on multiple fronts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue is that the business for a contact is rarely synced correctly. A contact who works at "J's Fashion Warehouse" will often appear as something entirely different and completely unrelated, like "Radio Palace LLC". From time to time the call function does not perform as needed - Long dial times, occasionally doesn't log in SF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability is very important to my team. SalesLoft allows us to record calls and identify problem areas/consistent weak points during sales calls. We also are able to reach out in a more

Hands down: The Analytics! Also, the ability to put specific contacts in a cadence along with the notes feature.

It could be better synchronized with Salesforce.

Great way to track my client engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, really nicely laid out, easily connects to Salesforce, love that the calls are recorded

In the past, I have had troubles with tagging. It would be great if there could be a tab to share certain calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily reach out to our clients whether it be email, call or linkedin add and we can do it across all teams. It's scalable and trackable!
Easy to use and has increased prospecting efficiency exponentially!
What do you like best about the product?
The UX/UI is great. The onboarding team were superb and got me and the wider team up and running very speedily. I've been able to build and deliver personalized campaigned at scale and reach more people with the right message at the right time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in the dashboard when viewing 'who's opened an email' or who 'has clicked a link' the email data isn't 100% accurate. Often, different contact might have actually clicked or viewed. Difficult to tell when multiple people are on the email thread.

Give it a go! Through their customer success team, Salesloft were able to de-risk the migration away from Yesware to Salesloft! Since then, the outbound teams have been creating more leads month on month.
