What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is a great product that allowed me and my team to better reach customers. Whether it be running cadences or seeing g what customers opened our emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product helped up better and more effectively reach clients

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft is super simple and easy to use. The most beneficial aspect of the program is the ability to import leads via Salesforce directly into Salesloft. From here, we can build cadences and outreach as often and as long as we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to rerun cadences on existing users who went through a previous cadence. Say 1 year ago. Easily review and rerun saying something like -- Then may have not been the right time, but is now -- only more professional and focused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving drop off issues at the top of the Sales funnel. The benefit we realize, is that the more outreach we do, the better the results.

It is hard to edit an email/list mid cadence. Should be easier to navigate!

What do you like best about the product?
We have seen an increase in rep confidence which has empowered them to increase their effectiveness at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a dedicated resource to manage the integration with Salesforce.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Number 1 area - increase sales pipeline. The analytics are better than anticipated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an excellent tool if you need more then an auto dialer!

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has allowed us to democratize success throughout our frontline team. We no longer rely on the superstars to hit quota. Everyone is resourced to do the right tasks to win.
What do you dislike about the product?
The success team tries to be helpful, but sometimes their lack of technical/logical knowledge limits them. You have to do a lot of the building and imagining yourself for the more complex applications of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We bought SalesLoft as a replacement for our dialer system, but it is so much more! The cadences allow us to roll out best practices immediately across teams. The analytics allow us to understand where we can improve. We're launching SalesLoft with other teams because of the success we have had.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an amazing product and the team makes a great effort to help you and your team achieve success.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the automation, configurability and granularity with some of the settings. Also the customer support has been nothing short of fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to create some form of prospect scoring system to better sort the hottest prospects, aside from that I haven't found too many holes in the product, albeit an integration with marketo/marketing automation would be handy for tracking of website events and better targeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to more effectively scale and add rigour to outbound campaigns, as well as continuity of process and evenness.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leverage the knowledge base of salesloft and the customer support for your own success.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create both template emails AND voice messages is a real time saver. Also, the tracking of what emails get opened and replied to the most is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
wish I could easily change the "Custom Fields" in my Lead view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can reach many more prospects / day.
We significantly increased the number of sales opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
I love SalesLoft's Home page because of the Live Feed, Reminders, and Cadences To Do features that help me organize and prioritize my day. I like that you can build an endless amount of templates that you can easily create cadences with. I really like being able to see the performance of my specific emails and those of the whole team so I can collaborate with those experience more successes. Lastly, I like that SalesLoft is integrated with other systems like Salesforce and Sendoso so you can really do everything you need to do in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I dislike about SalesLoft. I wish the search function worked a bit better (maybe filtering) but in its current state, it's not something I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are enabling our SDR team to get in front of more prospects in a quicker, more strategic way. Compared to automatic emailing platforms where you "set it and forget it", SalesLoft allows for much more personalization and creativity while drastically decreasing the time for SDRs to do their outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes reporting so much easier for my company! Not having to log every action is great. It easily frees up half my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could create lists of people (as opposed to tagging them or adding to a cadence). I would like to be able to make these lists to better split up who I'm targeting, who I have in the past, and who is due to be thrown back into a cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really addresses the issue of administrative time delays. Like I mentioned, it easily frees up half of my day. Ease of use and time 100% are improved with sales loft.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just get the automation with SFDC synced up right from the get go, it can get messy if you don't.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. You create the content, add leads (great integration from SalesForce), and SalesLoft manages the rest. I don't know if I could manage a lead gen role very efficiently without a tool like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feedback - it would be nice to have the ability to reply to messages from within SalesLoft instead of using a plugin for Outlook. It would also be good to have a 2nd email box - it doesn't come up very often, but would still be nice. Overall, there isn't anything I really dislike.... it's more of just wanting a couple of added pieces of functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate customized outreach for lead generation. The number of emails and calls I would be able to get out each day would drastically decrease without a tool like this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The only hangup to a tool like this is having a great source of leads. We use Zoom. Also, make sure that you spend the time creating quality content up front and get your cadence timing before adding leads.
