What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the platform has been great for each level of experience across each of our teams that are prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
a little more functionality in editing the email format and layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have an ongoing prospecting strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use.
Cadences.
Email tracking.
Call recording and sorting of tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Have to manually pause tasks for public holidays. SalesLoft still makes cadence tasks due on them.
Email tracking not always the best ans cannot exclude email addresses or domains. Need to exclude IP addresses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to target multiple personas using templates and cadences.
Am able to track which have received and opened emails.
Calls are recorded allowing me to review later.
Task are sorted in an orderly manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great integration with salesforce but compare with Outreach but pricing is very competitive

What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive. It is far better than using a regular CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes more steps that it has to. What should take 1-2 steps can take 3-6 steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking calls. Tracking cadence. Sending emails that are higher quality.

Awesome tool for activity automation!

What do you like best about the product?
Love the fact that you can build workflows within the Salesloft platform instead of SFDC. This is extremely powerful for us now that we can automate status changes and reduce the number of clicks into each individual record.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not the biggest fan of how the VOIP pricing model works. It's slightly complicated and you can't easily change phone numbers. Also, the ability to customize the Salesloft Person status to our fields and leverage their native reporting would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were on several different platforms that had overlap in terms of use case. Standardizing on Salesloft allowed us to slim down our stack as well as standardize sales activities on a single platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have SFDC admin experience or are partnered with your admin when deploying

What do you like best about the product?
The insights gained from integrated Linkedin profiles, ease of use, video tools, cadence use
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the integration to be on both sides for me to import contacts and accounts easily back and forth on Salesforce and Salesloft. I love the way Zoom Info allows contacts to be imported easily into Salesloft but i have not tried to import an organic account from my saved zoom info list into saleforce and then into salesloft on the account level to make this process faster and more efficient. It could be that I have not tried the latter option via account import into salesforce also instead of just the contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of keeping track of call/email activity with integration of Linkedin. It makes the process faster and smoother. I would like a quicker way to edit cadence content. There is a lot to love about Salesloft. Love the zoom info integration which has made my organic prospecting such a breeze.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out the integration between salesloft, zoom info data and salesforce. It will be tremendously helpful!

Nice tool but could be improved

What do you like best about the product?

Tracking how emails do is actually a pretty useful for my “business”. When an email campaign doesn’t work, it is the opportunity to improve and get better at targeting people. I love that you can easily copy your team cadences, because it saves you a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?

Not being able to prioritise calls is an issue as sometimes some of the calls are less important yet they still show up in the calls I have to make on that day.
Another issue I get on a daily basis is the bug related to removing people from cadences. When you log a call, it doesn’t always remove the customer from the cadence and people get an automatic email even though I talked to him on the phone.
One of the major problems as well lies in the fact that it doesn't integrate with Salesforce properly. It feels like another layer on top of all the processes we, sales people use on a daily basis. Also, only the ADRs use it and AEs and marketing don't use it really so in the end there is not a lot of communications between different teams. Make it in a way that marketing can use the tool more to save the sales team time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing if people read my emails is very useful. You can target people better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is definitely a useful tool that can help you be more efficient on a daily basis. But the salesforce + marketing integration needs improvement.

Great Daily Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of SalesLoft in managing daily tasks is great. Keeps everything on track without having to worry or wonder when to reach out to customers. The integration with Salesforce.com is a huge plus as well. Additionally, having a daily cadence to know what to expect & what tasks are scheduled for any given day is great. Just open up SalesLoft and you know what activities are ready to be performed for that day. Removes all guess work of when to and how frequently to reach out to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only wish I could have a "master view" of all current cadences that are on-going at once - even the ones that are active that day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier connectivity with timing of cadences. Able to construct customer-tailored messaging to specific personas for a more effective outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple, ease of learning, and integration with Salesforce.com. Makes daily contacting and outreaching to customers smooth and manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
Saving templates and snippets and seeing which have the highest engagement. Tagging contacts so I can easily search certain titles or people in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
If contacts I email to have multiple email addresses, I don't see a way to combine their activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love the system that is created for me to maintain and curate my pipeline

So far in the platform, I have found solutions for any problems that I have so I don't dislike it at all.

It provides me with a sales solution, a predictable solution to manage my pipeline and day to day admin work.
