What do you like best about the product?
The analytics and reporting from activity for new reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our integration to salesforce. This is on our company and nothing to do with salesloft.

What do you like best about the product?
We recently implemented SalesLoft and I like the fact it provides direction to our team, selling strategies and efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we are fans! We are still implementing, testing and learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing our SMB team and this helps us set guidance, scripting and identify best practices.
SDR Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with VidYard option and the call function
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very 'clicky' so I jumping between account record and individual record and have to put in same information. I don't like every time I happen to touch an email on LI it shows up as viewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There seems to be some times it runs slow

integrate with outlook and LI and SF

What do you like best about the product?
It is a robust tool that handles much of the SDR day-to-day to ensure they're able to be productive and know exactly what to do each day to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to functionality that would be nice to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to help structure the SDR's daily activities, measure what works, and scale out those efforts.

Their team is really supportive and has been very helpful in a successful implementation.
Great SDR management tool

People management within tool and integration with SalesForce
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is difficult (SalesForce dashboard helps). Also confusing with the Accounts and People - especially on leads

SDR management has been revolutionized- from clunky spreadsheet to managed cadences

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with email and salesforce as well as the open and click rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft can be slow at various times during the day. It can also be clicky when trying to add or edit contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SalesLoft to prospect and bring in new clients for our company.

Have used the product for a few months and it is awesome for time management.

nothing. It makes things simple to manage your day and calls.

The Easiest Sales Engagement Platform for my team
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the simplicity within the system and how easy it is to on-board new reps and get them to "buy-in" to use the system. I also enjoy the analytics the platform provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most about the platform is that my CSM is always busy and takes a bit too long to get back to us with updates within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The outbound calls within our team are easy to view and makes tracking the team much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a business development representative so my life is dialing. Salesloft allows me to dial fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesloft is pretty slow. It won't let you press buttons 25-30% of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can get your calls done quickly.
Salesloft makes it easy to stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to keep tabs on your outreach. Emails, phone calls, notes - all in one place. I have several cadences going at any one time and feel organized and in control throughout. Easy to crank through calls, very little wasted time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Call quality is lacking at times. I’ve found that dialing out through your cell phone helps with static or low call quality - but call quality is still consistently lacking. Also, there could be more engagement metrics available for emails beside just opens (I.e. how long someone spent looking at an email)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization through sales outreach. I’ve realized that I can keep tabs on a the many actions I’m performing every day.
