What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce is a great alternative to Outreach. It makes outbouding a breeze.

There are bugs in the system and challenges with formatting, such as email signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The focus is on improving outreach to enhance productivity in Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This goal has been accomplished, and the subsequent step involves experimenting with additional outreach strategies to further optimize performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use from an admin perspective, intuitive and constantly being improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind, would use it over competitor

automating our data integrity between outreach of reps and call outcome documentation

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has been incredible for our sales organization. It helps us ramp up new Inside Sales reps, A/B test, and track campaign performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. The biggest challenge is getting Reps to use the tool who haven't previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A/B testing, and messaging at scale to our Ideal Client Profile and buying personas.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the steps of my outreach cadence queued up for me. It makes it easy to know what's next for a particular prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is subpar. It is counter-intuitive and needs polishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We onboarded salesloft intending to increase rep productivity and the number of contacts touched. This has been somewhat realized, but is largely hindered by the difficulty of the UI.
Pretty good, but a bit clunky

How easy it is to keep up with when it's time to reach out to prospects. KEeps me on track

TOo much stuff on one screen that isn't important. Would be great if you could rearrange or remove useless boxes.

Out reach mostly. And business intelligence

Do your homework. Don't move forward unless you have salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft tells me what to do and when to do it. I know who to contact and how often once I have set up my cadences. I work smarter and faster !

There are a few issues with reporting that I struggle with when looking at my touches and leads added.

How it can track my metrics famously, and give me allaround great intelligence from my data

long cadences, often i will feel that alot of my prospects are very black and white in terms of interest and i need to manually remove people from my cadences sometimes

this is an easy way to not drop the ball but yet handle a lot of leads. I work 1500 leads a week and drive sales with out losing any along the way.

the support dose not take phone calls unless you email them all the details first witch takes a ton of time

Keeping all lead in some pipeline with out losing anyone

yes for many types of company's this would be a great tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it integrates with salesforce and many other tools that we currently use. Easy to call and email
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is problems with stalling and integrating but they are usually dealt with pretty quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce: It is extremely easy to go through cadences as well as see analytics about if they are seen or clicked on an email
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it as soon as you can! I find it to be extremely easy (as a current SDR) and I truly hope to use SalesLoft as I move forward into future roles
