What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use - all information and descriptions are straightforward, helps organize my day, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no pause button. For a day like today where I am coming to an event, I want to be able to pause my cadence but I am not able to. This goes for sick days etc - the dates should be able to be pushed forward.We talk about this in my office constantly because things get messed up all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How spending time on research and the person you are reaching out to is SO important. Once I better knew the organization, the person and was able to personalize with facts and real time news, etc. my whole approach personalizing an email changed - and for the better.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has enabled our team to generate insane amounts of pipeline and opportunities. It enables our sellers to use a standard approach to engage prospects in an efficient and strategic way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The VOIP calling can be a little muffled but this could very well be dependent on our internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generate more pipeline and close more deals. We have seen a significant uptick in pipeline generated.

Get the system and be patient with your teams during implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
cadence management is huge. the ABM team utilizes it to run 6 month cadences with email call linkedin and direcet mail... would not be able to track success and optimize abm cadences without it
What do you dislike about the product?
calendar feature is the most important for us. we came from using mixmax and the calendar feature there was spot on

Really easy for new hires
What do you like best about the product?
I am a trainer for my Business Development Reps and using Salesloft has made my life a lot easier. For them I can import all their contacts into an easy cadence and they can start calling and emailing right away. I like how emails are also automated which makes life really easy. Thank you!!

I think it's sometimes hard to understand automation rules and how to made cadences more sophisticated

SO easy to train new hires. I give them a cadence and I am good to go on giving them instruction on how to proceed in calling

Easy to use, make sure you attend meeter useups in your city, it helps.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesloft makes things so easy once the setup is complete. I absolutely love working in the platform and getting my entire organization, from Marketing to CSMs empowered to sell!

There's no app! And I wish it was easier to run analytics

We're able to measure ROI for our Marketing collateral

As a sales leader I love to analytics. I can see the direct impact that Salesloft is having on our revenue growth and performance.

Like most tools, the better the adoption is the better the analytics are. We are a new team to Salesloft so we need a lot of help getting up to speed.

I love how clear it is to use, and how easy it is to make tweaks and test different methods of improvement

I wish it was easier to manage multiple contacts from the same account

The top of the sales funnel has become much easier to manage
SalesLoft streamlines the process of organizing all your tasks everyday!
What do you like best about the product?
SalesLoft has a very intuitive dialer and makes calling prospects in large quantities very easy. Organizing your day-to-day activities by steps in your cadence allows you to focus on what matters - talking to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like SaleLoft to be able to set automated email parameters that do not allow emails to be sent out past a certain time frame or day of the week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using SalesLoft allows me to focus more on solution selling and talking to prospects opposed to spending time to organize who I will be contacting.
