What do you like best about the product?
Great support, communication has helped with the initial on boarding process for me and my team. Looking forward to working more with them in the future.

Great tool to stay organized

What do you like best about the product?
Reminders on the cadences and being able to view who has opened emails etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to report on metrics. need to do a lot of work to find roi

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, analytics and the ability to collaborate across the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
No live support, would like to have phone por chat functionality for support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to customize our slaes reach and do that at scale. SalesLoft allows us to successfully do that and keep customer acquisition costs in check.

What do you like best about the product?
Every department is helpful, supportive and attentive. The product is simple to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could be better at automation, that is something I will be working at developing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound prospecting is more efficient. More calls and emails are sent out. The tracking and analytics provide direction for the team. More meetings booked and happier employees overall.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Engagement with the product is very important, it is work when setting up, but worth it!

What do you like best about the product?
It is able to run my cadence perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no "pause" button. If I want to take a day off I have to manually move people from one day to the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing what emails are working and which ones are not. Also being able to figured out where I am hitting a wall with phone calls.

Like that it keeps me on track without having to manually schedule out each day to stay on cadence with outbound outreach.

Very little. It needs a pause button for vacation days.
