What do you like best about the product?
Templates, organizations, and insights into e-mail opens/stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitches in e-mail opens, although infrequent sometimes it picks up when I open my own e-mail versus a prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and efficiency/time management

What do you like best about the product?
The SalesLoft Team- Services, Sales, Product folks are all insanely passionate to make you successful. They are like a true partner.

Integrations with LinkedIn, VidYard & other 3rd party apps. You can reach your customers in more channels directly in the platform

Cadence creation & flexability

SalesForce dashboards and analytics.- new dashboard with abm metrics and other important stats.

automation rules- automate processes around imports and other functions to help your reps sell.
What do you dislike about the product?
importing process can be burdensome sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve Buying & Selling Experience
Increased Efficiency
Increased Sales Pipeline (Meeting, Opps, Closed Won)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about the true end state when you are going to implement. Complex Automation rules, field configurations and other tweaks are something that your ISM/CSM can help with when you onboard. The more you plan out what processes and things you want mapped, the easier it will be in the long run.

What do you like best about the product?
LIVE FEED! This function allows me to constantly be able to interact and engage the prospects I am reaching out to. Even if this means they are clicking on or opening an email I sent 4 months ago 5-6 times.. 8/10 for me this will be a booked demo (try it out)!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that there is no mobile app. However, I did learn that there is one coming soon! SO PUMPED!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pains Solved: PROSPECTS FALLING THROUGH THE CRACKS!
Benefits: real-time analytics in the live feed have really shown
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sit through a demo & give it a shot. This is one of, if not the most, important tool in an SDR teams tech stack.

What do you like best about the product?
It was the first tool I learned to use (new to SaaS) -- it helped me understand my workflow and get organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX can be slighty confusing, however it gets used to very quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productive, organized, consistent yet custom outreach to prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to essentially automate my pipeline. I also love the Sendoso integration!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little difficult to learn in the beginning, but there is a learning curve with all new software. Once you get everything dialed in, it's a breeze!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have accounts that get lost in my pipeline. I always know exactly what stage my accounts are at.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I have the ability to automate steps of my different cadences.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I used the dialer to call a number that belongs to one of the users I have imported from Salesforce, it does not automatically log to that user's account unless I call directly from the user account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesLoft has been a big help with setting up cadences and keeping track of my different accounts. Seeing open rates and replies is a huge benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
it makes it really easy to build a cadence and edit my existing templates

I would like to be able to customize my calendar subject line and also have multiple meeting times options

What do you like best about the product?
I really love that I can schedule my day in the morning and just go through my prospects without having to worry about what is next on my list, it just comes up. I love the email cadences and how we can build in the social aspect as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there is a missing component with mobile and being able to take calls in my car or at home without logging it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I might be too low on the totem pole to describe what business problems I am solving other than just being more prepared and a more streamlined SDR.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think onboarding is key, but I also think that that is something we at Nearmap need to do.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about SalesLoft is being able to continue to learn and grow with the platform. Over time, I am finding and implementing new ways to help my team become more and more successful. I need organization, and the tasks I'm undertaking and solving with SalesLoft are able to be organized in a logical way - so despite the complexity, there is an ease of use in the ability to organize the system well (from users, to cadences, to tags, priorities, reassigning if needed, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much left to do! I feel like I'm just getting started. I think it's just a matter of time to figure out the features I am not yet utilizing. It's a matter of educating myself in the platform. There has only been a couple instances where I needed support and was looped around many times without an error - on the plus side, there is EXCELLENT response and customer service is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing productivity and follow-through, accountability to metrics. I'm growing a BDR team from almost nothing and the integration of SalesLoft is helping me along the way. I'm able to hold people accountable while monitoring their performance and providing value to my organization by generating increased engagement and opportunity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start slowly and do each step with thought right from the start. You can easily get out of control with disorganization in the platform.

SalesLoft knows how to work with people, how to help companies, and how to execute on their program
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are not more options with the tool but I know they are coming!

We are trying to move our sales team into the 21st century - we are trying to maintain our high velocity sales culture in a world where our prospects and customers are being innudated by communication every day
